In this moment,
We open our senses.
Our whole being.
The feeling of gratitude.
Gratitude for what we have right now.
We seem to spend so much of our lives reaching for something else.
In this moment,
We give thanks for all that we have.
For the gifts that surround us,
The people.
We bring a sense of gratitude for our family.
However it may look.
Whatever our family history may be.
We take this moment to give thanks for it.
For the ways that these experiences grow us,
Make us into who we are.
Our parents,
Our siblings,
Our children,
Our grandchildren.
We are on this journey together.
We give thanks for each person who is a part of this family.
The special part that they play.
The special insight that they bring.
So I give thanks in this moment for the safety of our family.
For the well-being,
For the health.
For the love that lives at the heart of this family.
So in this moment I give thanks for the letting go of the reaching for just a moment.
To see the incredible gifts that we've been given.
To be thankful for them.
Truly thankful.
Because the truth is there is nothing missing.
All we are seeking is alive in us right now.
The greatest gift we could ever have is love and has been installed as our operating system.
So I affirm that a thankful heart lives in this family.
The gratitude is our watchword.
We turn towards the incredible gift that it is to be accepted.
To be embraced.
To have a place to call home.
I give such thanks for that.
We send our love and our support to all those who may be seeking home this day.
Seeking shelter.
May they know that God is right where they are.
May they find a home.
So on this day and in this moment,
I invite you to bring a sense of gratitude right into your heart.
Let it live there.
Let it live there for a few moments.
Repeat in your mind with me,
I am so grateful.
I am so grateful for all the gifts that have come my way.
Oh,
What an incredible opportunity it is to see that this spiritual journey continues to unfold.
It is so much more than the things we have,
The things that we accumulate.
It's the people and the feeling of being at home.
We embrace that right now.
We are supplied with all we need.
I give thanks for the source of our supply.
For the source of all good.
I give thanks for that divine spirit,
Which meets all our needs.
In ways we may never have expected.
I give thanks for this family.
For all I am gathering from these relationships.
For all the adventures.
I know that my presence in this family is a gift.
I make a difference in this family.
I give thanks for that knowledge.
So with my heart full,
I do give thanks,
Release my word,
And I give thanks for the blessings that will rain on me.
All of my relations.
In ways I could never imagine.
Soldiers.
