So let's just take this moment wherever and whenever we are.
And just drop into that space,
Just drop into that place within that is so deeply connected to peace.
That feels from a place from deep within,
The wisdom,
The love,
The love,
The greater story that is unfolding in the midst of our lives,
We connect with that.
And realize that our own story is connected to the story of the entire human race.
And so we feel that connection too.
I know that right there in that connection is the movement of the divine,
Is the presence of that thing that lives and moves and has its being through all of life,
Including this.
So as we rest into that place,
As we find that peace in our hearts,
In our minds and in our souls.
We just send a word of blessing to all of those that are experiencing health challenges now and all of those that are supporting,
All of those healthcare workers,
All of those grocery workers,
All of those that are supporting all of us,
We just send a word of blessing to them.
I know that as we send a word of blessing,
We know that any prayer for another is a prayer for ourselves.
And so we feel that blessing begin to arise and grow within ourselves.
How good it is to be a part of this thing called life and to fall into the flow of love that's at the center of it all.
So we too,
In this moment,
We just bring to mind anybody that we know may be struggling,
May be feeling lonely,
May be feeling scared,
May just need a prayer.
And if it is feeling called to us,
I just ask that you say their name,
You make it real that this prayer is going out to them and that it is felt,
It is seen,
It is heard,
Is it experienced.
And we feel that connection grow with that person we are sending love to right now.
And know that too,
Is a part of this connection.
And as we allow this to grow a little bit more,
We too send out a word of blessing and a word of prayer.
To any of those that may be experiencing fear around finances right now,
We know that whoever is feeling that fear know that whoever is feeling that right now that there is value in who they are.
There is a deeper message that is seeking to come through so that value continues to grow and from that realization of how much we matter,
How much each and every one of us matters,
The abundance of the heart,
The prosperity of life shows itself,
Meets us in that moment.
And so we just say aloud,
If it calls to us,
Any person that may be experiencing fear around finances in this moment.
And we just end with this understanding and this compassion for all of the families out there,
For all the kiddos,
All of the teenagers that are just seeking to get out of the house,
All of the mothers and fathers,
All of the teachers and all of those folks that are living at home by themselves too,
We just send a word of blessing,
Knowing that all of our relationships are blessed in this time.
And that as we wake up to that,
We wake up to the sacredness of life itself.
And so what I know for each and every one of us is that we don't miss it.
That every moment is an opportunity to wake up to this sacred divine energy that is happening right now.
And so we just think about and we speak aloud,
Any families that we may be wanting to send a blessing to right now.
And so we just give thanks when we drop into this place of blessing others,
We too know that we are blessed.
And gratitude is so easily flows forth.
So I speak a word of gratitude for all of the ways in which this collective story is unfolding to bring us to another place,
The next level of being together.
We know that we can't go back,
We can only go forward.
And so we allow all that we need to meet this moment,
To arise in our mind,
In our hearts and in our souls.
Knowing that this too can become a sacred moment when we open ourselves to it.
And that we take care of each other along the way.
We give thanks for all of the ways that we are being taken care of and all of the ways that we can take care of others as well.
And so we just allow this to be,
We allow this to go forth from ourselves into the universe and know that it comes back tenfold.
We let it be and we let it become and so it is.
