Welcome.

This is your sacred space to begin letting go of any energy that does not belong to you.

You are here to cleanse,

To realign,

And to reconnect to the light that's always been within you.

Let's begin by finding a comfortable lying position.

Allow your body to settle into the surface beneath you,

Trusting that you are held.

As if the earth itself is gently cradling you in a cocoon of protection.

And if it feels safe,

You can begin to allow your eyes to gently close.

Now,

Take a slow,

Steady breath in,

Hold,

And release it fully with a long exhale.

Again,

Inhaling deeply,

Breathing in peace and stillness,

And exhale anything heavy or stagnant.

With each breath,

You are beginning to shed away the layers that no longer belong to you.

You are returning to your own energy.

There is nothing for you to carry right now,

Nothing to hold on to.

And in just this moment,

Just your breath,

It's just you.

Now,

Imagine a soft glowing white light descending above the crown of your head.

This light holds the energy of divine purity,

Protection,

And clarity.

With every inhale,

This sacred light grows brighter,

And with every exhale,

It begins to wash over you.

Feeling this light gently flow down through your scalp,

Your brow,

And your jaw.

Releasing tension down to your neck and shoulders,

Where burdens may have settled.

Letting the light move through your arms,

Down to your hands,

And your fingertips,

And into your heart space.

Let it soften your chest,

Clearing out any heaviness or emotions that you've picked up.

You do not need to carry what is not yours.

Feel the light pouring down your torso,

Your hips,

Your thighs,

Down to your calves,

Your feet,

And the toes.

You are now bathed in radiant white light.

Any energy that is not aligned with loving kindness and peace begins to melt away.

Letting the energy return to the earth to be transmuted into something new.

You are safe,

And you are protected.

Now,

Gently repeat the following affirmations in your mind,

Or whisper them softly to yourself.

Allow these affirmations to cleanse and strengthen your spirit.

And in your hand,

You notice that you're holding a small lantern.

It's glow representing your life force,

Your clarity,

And your truth.

As you stand still,

You begin to notice cords of energy gently lifting from your body.

These threads are connected to stress,

People,

Situations,

And thoughts that are no longer aligned with you.

Without putting any emphasis on anger or fears,

You simply notice them and allow them to dissolve.

With each breath,

Your energy begins to flow back to you.

Each breath is inviting in clean and replenished energy.

You slowly walk through this forest path,

Feeling lighter and more whole with every step.

The moonlight follows you,

And the stars above seem to sing in your presence.

It's a gentle reminder that you are not alone.

You are guided,

Protected,

And loved.

And as you reach a peaceful clearing,

You lie down in the grass and look up at the night sky.

You are surrounded by calm,

Divine light,

And you can feel it wrap around you like a gentle blanket.

Allowing this feeling to sink deeper into your being,

Into the very deep peace,

Energetic freedom,

And divine safety within.

Take one more deep,

Nourishing breath in,

And release.

Let your whole body settle.

Let your spirit be still.

You are releasing what is not yours to carry anymore,

And you are now resting in your own highest frequency.

Your energy is cleared,

You are protected,

And you are empowered.

As you begin to drift into sleep,

Your subconscious is anchoring in this purity and strength.

You are integrating a new level of spiritual awareness,

Inner peace,

And inner light.

Rest now,

And know that you are always held.

You are safe and protected.
