Welcome to this journey back into your heart.

Find a comfortable position,

You can sit down and keep your spine straight.

The eyes are gently closed and allow yourself to completely relax.

This is your time to be here,

Now.

Bring relaxation to your entire body,

From the toes,

All the way up to the top of your head.

Allow yourself to fully relax into this present moment as it is.

If you find your mind wandering to thoughts and stories,

Find your way back to the breath without any judgement,

Just loving acceptance.

For a few moments,

Just observe your breath in and out.

Now,

I invite you to bring your awareness into your heart space.

You can also take a breath into your heart and focus your entire attention on the middle of the chest,

A little to the right,

The heart center.

Entering your inner temple,

The temple of the heart,

Where divine knowing,

Love and deep joy exist within you.

As you keep the awareness in your heart,

Open to this feeling of deepening into the intimacy with your being.

Open to the joy of truly getting to know yourself beyond the stories of the mind.

Me,

Here,

Now,

What a miracle.

And as you are sitting there deeply connected with your heart,

Embrace yourself with love.

So often we are focused on extending love to others and we forget that the very source of that love is always within us.

Once we are full of our love,

We can more freely share it with others.

Take a few moments here to deepen into that love in your heart that is always there in the background of your normal mental activity.

Now start to extend that love from your heart to the rest of your body.

Fill your entire body,

All of your being with that love radiating from the heart.

You can also visualize that love as a beautiful,

Brilliant white light spreading throughout your body,

Making you feel at ease,

In peace and harmony.

This is your natural state.

This is your state of wholeness and love which you can always return to.

That's the magic of journeying into the heart.

Take a few moments to really enjoy this feeling of coming back home to yourself in the heart.

And tune into your soul frequency,

The true frequency of just being you.

It is not a thought or story,

It is more like a frequency,

Like a whisper of your heart,

A state of being that just feels like you.

Your divine essence expressing in this beautiful human form.

For a few more moments,

Rest in your heart and be very open to any sensations or emotions that want to be seen from that space of love.

All is welcome.

If there is any particular emotion that's coming up,

Welcome it and bring the energy of that emotion into the heart.

Feel it in the heart.

And once you have tapped into the energy of the emotion,

At the same time bring love to it.

So you now have a space of love in which the emotion,

The energy can be felt and alchemized.

You are safe here to allow yourself to feel.

And as the energy is sublimated in the heart,

Embrace whatever wants to be seen.

And then come back to the present moment.

Take some breath into the heart.

Have a few moments of that love.

And then gently return to your natural breath.

Just observing how it flows in and out of your nostrils.

Gently come back to your physical body.

You can also place one hand on your heart.

And as you gently open the eyes,

See if you can maintain that sense of love.

Seeing the world through the eyes of love.

Your natural state.

And with that we officially conclude this meditation,

This journey back to your heart.

Have a beautiful rest of your day.

Keeping this awareness of the heart of your true natural frequency.

Remembering the beautiful divine being that you truly are.
