Begin by finding a comfortable seated position,
Either cross-legged on a cushion or in a chair with your feet flat on the ground.
Rest your hands in your lap with your palms facing up.
Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths,

Allow your breath to become slower and deeper,
Feeling your belly rise and fall with each inhale and exhale.
As you continue to breathe,
Bring your awareness to the area just below your belly button,
The location of your sacral chakra.
Visualize a glowing,
Vibrant orange ball of energy in this area,
Radiating warmth and vitality throughout your body.
As you continue to focus on this energy center,
Repeat the following affirmations to yourself or aloud.
I honor my emotions and allow myself to feel fully.
Repeat,
I am creative and passionate about life.
Repeat,
I embrace pleasure and joy in all areas of my life.
Repeat,
I am worthy of love and respect.
Allow these affirmations to sink deeply into your consciousness,
Feeling their truth in your body and spirit.
As you continue to breathe deeply and focus on your sacral chakra,
Imagine a beautiful stream of water flowing through this area,
Cleansing and purifying any blockages or negativity.
Feel the water's soothing and healing energy as it flows through you,
Releasing any tension or stress.
Allow yourself to fully connect with your emotional body,
Feeling any sensations or emotions that arise without judgment or resistance.
Trust in your ability to process and release any stuck or stagnant energy,
