Welcome to this morning flow meditation.
I'm Michael Morby and thank you for sitting with me.
The morning is a precious time for self-presence,
A moment before you engage with the outside world.
Let's kick start this day with a sense of calm and motivation.
Find a comfortable position sitting tall and grounded in your body.
Now gently close your eyes.
We are going to begin by taking a deep breath in through your nose,
Filling your belly,
And pause at the top.
Go ahead and exhale slowly through your mouth,
Releasing a soothing sigh.
Let's do that once more.
Inhale deeply through your nose,
This time filling your belly even more,
And hold.
Exhale with another sigh.
Release any tension in your shoulders and upper body.
Let yourself surrender your current state and let go of your surroundings.
So next I want you to visualize yourself in a state of flow,
A state of complete presence and effortless ease.
What does that look like to you?
Your presence is your inner light,
The divine within,
A feeling rather than words.
When you fully inhibit the physical world,
That is your gift,
Your flow.
The key to unlocking this flow is alignment.
When your inner purpose aligns with your outer purpose,
You gain great significance regardless of your definition in this world.
Allow that feeling to radiate.
Let it shine through.
Connect with this present moment.
Breathe in deeply through your nose and once again pausing at the top.
Go ahead and release with a sigh.
I want you to feel this deeply.
Next visualize yourself embodying your alignment,
Living your truth.
In this state,
Nothing can obstruct your flow,
Your inner guidance.
You are in sync with your purpose.
Now let's take a few more minutes to immerse ourselves in the state of flow and inner alignment.
Continue to breathe deeply,
Inhaling through your nose,
Filling your belly and exhaling through your mouth,
Releasing any residual tension.
As you remain in this tranquil moment,
Consider the potential of your day ahead.
Visualize your actions being guided by this flow,
A graceful and effortless joy.
I'm going to leave you here for a moment without me speaking.
During this time I'd like you to be ultimately present with yourself and when your mind starts to wonder,
State I am.
With this I am statement you are coming into yourself and being present,
Getting in your flow.
And now I will give you a few moments to be present with yourself.
So now I want you to think about the relationships in your life.
How can they be enriched by your alignment and presence?
Allow your gratitude to fill your heart for the opportunity this day brings.
With each breath,
Feel a deeper connection to your inner light,
Your purpose,
And the world around you.
In this flow,
You are ready to embark on your day with clarity and strength.
When you're ready,
Gently open your eyes knowing that you can carry this flow and alignment with you throughout your day.
