Hello beautiful humans and thank you so much for joining me.

My name is Sophie and I'm going to take you through some affirmations to support you on your kindness journey.

So find a comfortable position whether that's sitting or laying down.

Slowly begin to ground your energy,

Placing your hands on your heart space.

I'd like you to take a deep breath in through the nose,

Out through the mouth,

In through the nose,

Out through the mouth.

One more time in through the nose,

Out through the mouth.

Breathing normally,

Closing your eyes gently,

Bringing a small smile to your mouth and just start to notice how your body's feeling.

Relaxing any tenseness in your shoulders or your body,

Relaxing your jaw,

Relaxing your brow,

Letting your energy drop down and become more grounded into the earth.

Notice your breath.

Are you breathing into your belly deeply or are you breathing into your chest?

Notice if you're breathing through your nose or mouth and start to notice any thoughts that arise.

No judgment,

Just let them go,

Let them float away.

Start to notice the beating of your heart.

Taking another deep breath in through the nose,

Holding that breath and releasing through the mouth.

You can either say these affirmations out loud or in your head.

I am kind.

I am loved.

I allow kindness into my life.

I am living my most beautiful life.

I say yes to the things that feel right.

I feel no guilt when I say no to anything that doesn't feel right.

I take care of my energy.

I am protective of who I spend my time with and how that time is spent.

I am beautiful.

I am worthy of love and kindness.

The world is bringing more beauty into my life.

I allow what is meant for me to stay and I release anything that is not meant for me.

I release any negativity in my life to create space for new and fresh energy to arrive.

I am living a life of abundance in every part of my life.

I am divine.

Taking a deep breath in through the nose,

Out through the mouth.

Slowly opening your eyes,

Making sure you've still got that beautiful smile on your face.

Have the most beautiful evening or day wherever you are.
