The practice is a guided creative visualization that will help you discover what is ready to grow, bloom, and expand within you. The season of spring initiates new beginnings and creative transformation. Just like the flower, we, too, are meant to blossom with ease and grace.

Spring is here.

A time of new beginnings.

The initiation of a new astrological year.

A new cycle of nature begins.

New life rises,

Breaks through the surface to bloom and expand.

Colors turn vibrant.

What has lied dormant for months now stirs,

Dares to peek out,

Shed its skin,

And embrace a new season.

We step towards transformation,

Growth,

And fertility.

It is time to begin again.

Gently close your eyes.

Allow your face to soften.

The brow,

The jaw,

Softens.

The shoulders soften down the back.

The chest softens and expands with your breath.

The belly softens.

The hips,

The legs,

The feet,

The arms,

The hands soften,

Supple,

Ready to receive guidance for the brand new season ahead.

Take a deep inhale and exhale.

Inhale fill up.

Exhale let go.

Inhale the breath rises.

Exhale the breath falls.

Continue to take a few more rounds of breath on your own.

Deep,

Luscious,

Cleansing breaths.

Imagine a beautiful field of flowers.

Go there now.

See this field in all its beauty,

Color,

And vibrance.

Tune into the sights,

The sounds,

The smells.

Notice any feelings or sensations that arise within you.

Allow yourself to experience this field of flowers any way you'd like.

Out of this beautiful field,

Go to your most favorite flower.

Your most favorite flower.

Sit down next to it and take it in.

Open yourself up to this flower as if you could embody it.

You yourself become rooted in the earth,

Expanding up and out to bloom beautifully with ease and grace.

Feel the sun on your skin,

The earth against your feet.

Like the flower,

What are the roots in your life that keep you grounded,

Stable,

Supported in your mission?

What are your roots?

Like the flower,

How do you wish to grow,

Expand,

And bloom?

Like the sun,

What will activate your growth and turn you on?

Like the rain,

What will nourish and feed your emotional soul?

Like the air,

What do you need to consume daily to achieve this expansion?

See yourself blooming,

Opening,

And expanding like a flower.

A beautiful sight to see.

Notice how you experience life in this way.

What are you doing?

Saying.

What surrounds you?

Who surrounds you?

How does it feel?

What is possible from this place of expansion?

How do you wish to bloom?

How do you wish to bloom?

What is possible from this place of expansion?

What is possible from this place of expansion?

Take a deep inhale and exhale.

Turn back into your favorite flower.

Send some gratitude to it for its inspiration.

Send some gratitude to this beautiful field of flowers.

Knowing,

Trusting,

That you can revisit it any time you'd like.

When you feel complete,

You may gently float your eyes open.

May this spring season awaken within you the growth you most authentically desire.

Thank you.

A beautiful meditation. I loved the way she gave space for your own experience. She raised good questions and didn’t not suggest the answers. I enjoyed her words and her voice very much.

Taking inspiration from spring flowers to open yourself up to the world and growth through the nourishing light. Quite touching to the mind and soul.
