This meditation is a gentle passage into your own field of Source awareness — a space where body, breath, and consciousness move as one. Guided slowly and intentionally over 14 minutes, The Roc invites you to soften out of effort and into remembrance, reconnecting with the innate worth, safety, and intelligence already alive within you. As the journey unfolds, the Roc becomes a guardian between worlds — supporting your exploration of your 5D universe, where presence is anchored in unity, coherence, and self-trust rather than separation or striving. Rather than leaving the body, you are gently guided to anchor these higher states into the physical form, allowing connection to Source to be experienced as steadiness, embodiment, and quiet inner knowing. The meditation concludes with a conscious re-landing, supporting you to carry this 5D awareness back into daily life — grounded, sovereign, and deeply connected to the field that holds you.

Transcript

I'm going to invite you to find a position that your body chooses,

Sitting,

Lying or supported.

Let the eyes gently close or soften your gaze.

Take three deep slow breaths in through the nose,

Out through the mouth.

In through the nose,

Out through the mouth.

In through the nose,

Out through the mouth.

I just want you to take this time to fully land into your body.

Notice where you might be holding tension.

I'm not here to judge it,

I'm just noticing.

And in this meditation we're going to call in the great mythical bird,

The rock.

She's a great magnificent bird.

I'm going to begin by visualizing her flying high in the sky.

I'm just going to notice how this feels to us.

And she's going to swoop down towards us and gently cling onto our shoulders,

Carrying us high into the sky,

Floating high above the earth.

Soaring through the clouds,

Feeling the warm soft air on our face.

I just want you to take the time to notice how this feels.

Is it peaceful?

Or is it a little bit frightening?

We're just honoring whatever comes up here.

Up ahead we see a gigantic secure nest in the arms of a gigantic ancient bird.

Up ahead we see a giant ancient tree.

We move closer towards this supported gigantic woven nest.

She places us in this nest alongside her egg.

And I just want you to bring your awareness to your womb space,

To your pelvic area.

I'm just going to notice any tension,

That might come up,

Any thoughts,

Any feelings.

We're going to release these without judgment,

Thanking them for being there.

And in this moment,

We're going to feel what it feels like to feel supported,

To feel held,

To feel nurtured.

The beautiful majestic rock returns from her flight.

She comes and sits behind us,

Wrapping her gigantic wings around us,

Holding us,

Supporting us,

To release all that no longer serves.

She's calling you into your body.

It's time to begin embodying.

You've spent so much time flying out high above your body.

And this served a purpose.

But it's now time for your soul to return home,

Home to your body,

Home to your being.

And with this,

She lifts you up into the air again,

Flying over the treetops,

Looking and observing how beautiful the earth is from here,

High above.

Not a care in the world.

But a feeling of connection,

Connecting to all that is.

Feel the cool,

Warm air on your face as we go down through some low-lying cloud cover.

And as you come through the cloud cover,

There's a beautiful garden down below full of crystals and flowers in all shapes and colors.

There's a waterfall off in the distance,

Sparkling.

All the other magical,

Mystical creatures feel this space with their presence.

And you're placed down gently on the ground,

On the earth.

Feel this with your feet.

Feel the vibrancy and the vibration of this magical place.

Knowing that you can return here whenever you need.

Take a moment to feel what it feels like.

Take a moment to feel the connection to all that is.

To feel at home in your body.

To feel at one with Mother Earth.

We're just going to take three deep breaths.

In through the nose.

Out through the mouth.

In through the nose.

Out through the mouth.

In through the nose.

Out through the mouth.

And when you're ready,

This is going to bring your awareness to the room that you're in.

Feel the ground beneath you.

Wiggle your toes.

And when you're ready,

Gently open your eyes.
