I invite you to take a short pause connecting to the power of pranayama deep breathing. Take a moment throughout the day to pause and remember you are a human BEING not a human doing. Sometimes we can get so busy and stressed with the time demands of life, but when we pause to connect to our breath it is a gentle reminder that we are alive & all is well. I invite you to close your eyes,

Place your hands on your lap or at your sides.

Take a big deep breath inhaling through your nose,

Exhaling open mouth release.

Take the next minute to pause for yourself and just be,

Remembering you are a human being,

Not a human doing.

Altogether let's take a deep breath in and open mouth exhale.

Silently in your mind repeat the mantra,

Today will be a good day.

Gently open your eyes and be ready for a great shift ahead.
