And allow yourself to land fully in this moment.
As you continue to breathe,
Bring your awareness to the natural rhythm of your breath.
How it flows in and out.
There's nothing to force here.
Just let it be.
Let each breath be an invitation to come back to yourself.
To come back home.
Now gently bring your attention to your body.
Notice the points of contact between your body and the surface beneath you.
Feel the weight of your body being fully supported now.
You don't have to hold anything up.
You are held.
As you scan your body from head to toe,
Notice any areas where you might be holding any tension.
Your shoulders,
Your jaw,
Your stomach.
With each exhale,
Allow that tension to soften and to melt away.
This is your time to let go.
To release what no longer serves you.
Now I invite you to bring your awareness to the centre of your chest.
Your heart space.
This is where your true essence lives.
The part of you that's always known who you are deep down.
Imagine a warm,
Gentle light glowing in this space.
A light that's always been there,
Waiting to be seen.
As you breathe in,
See this light expanding.
Filling your entire chest.
And as you exhale,
Let it spread further.
Flowing into every part of your body.
This light holds all the parts of you that are real,
True and authentic.
The parts that may have been dimmed or hidden over time.
There's nothing you need to change about this light.
Just let it be as it is.
Notice how it feels to reconnect with this part of yourself.
Feel that sense of coming home.
Now I invite you to bring to mind any expectations,
Any roles or obligations that you've been carrying.
Those shoulds that have weighed you down.
As you breathe,
Imagine gently placing them to the side,
One by one.
As if you're letting go of heavy bags you've been carrying for far too long.
You don't need to hold on to them anymore.
In this moment,
You have permission to be exactly who you are.
Without any labels.
Without any pressure.
Just you.
Feel the lightness that comes from letting go.
The freedom that comes from simply being.
Soak that in now.
Take a moment now to repeat silently or out loud whatever feels right for you.
I am enough just as I am.

Beyond your body as if you're shining from the inside out.
Know that this light,
This essence is always with you.
It's who you are.
And whenever you feel disconnected or lost you can always come back to this place.
To this feeling of home.
Now when you're ready gently start to come back to the room.
And start to gently wiggle your fingers and toes.
Bringing your awareness back to your body now.
Just gently coming back to this space.
Back to this moment.
And when that feels right slowly start to open your eyes.
Bring this sense of connection and ease with you as you move through the rest of your day.
