Gently close your eyes and start to bring your attention to your breath,

Noticing its natural rhythm and the rise and fall as you breathe in and then out.

Now take a deep breath in,

Noticing any areas of your body holding tension and breathing out,

Breathing in deeply and then breathing out,

Releasing and relaxing as you go.

Last deep breath in through your nose,

Slightly holding your breath at the top of the inhale,

Noticing any remaining tension in your body and as you exhale letting it all go,

Allowing your breath now to return to its natural rhythm,

Centering yourself now,

Drawing your attention to your womb space,

Breathing into your womb,

With each breath filling it up with love and exhaling any tension stored in your breath,

Honouring this beautiful part of your body,

Allowing any feelings or thoughts to flow without judgement,

Just noticing them and letting them go.

Now moving your attention up to your heart space,

Breathing into your heart,

Filling it up with love and exhaling any tension stored in your heart,

Feeling it expanding and opening with each breath,

Honouring the connection here in this moment,

Acknowledging what it is to be a woman and a mother.

I invite you now to send your energy roots down into mother earth,

Notice her embrace,

Feel her love and support and nourishment flowing back up through your roots,

Feeling your body and clearing anything that you are holding away,

Filling your body,

Mind and soul with beautiful nourishing and supporting energy,

Breathing that in and allowing that feeling to settle within you,

Noticing how it feels for mother earth's nourishment to be connected to you,

Enjoying her grounding force,

Letting her take any heaviness that you are holding,

So she can transform it,

Holding your attention here just for a moment,

Then you notice in your mind's eye a group of women sitting in a circle,

As you look at them,

They look back at you with a warm loving smile,

They invite you to take your place in their circle,

As you sit here you have a remembering that these are your ancestors,

The beautiful,

Strong,

Courageous,

Feminine line that you have come from,

They welcome and embrace you,

Inviting you into this safe,

Sacred and love filled space,

Honouring all that you are,

All that you have been and all that you are becoming,

Honouring your right passage into motherhood,

You sit within this space and feel nurtured,

Safe,

Heard and loved just as you are,

Feel the energy that they provide for you,

Sit here and bask in their light,

Breathe it in,

Allow it to embrace you,

Breathe it in as it fills every cell in your body,

You are now a part of this circle and it is a part of you,

You are able to tap into the wisdom and strength that lies here whenever you need,

Remembering that their wisdom and strength lies within you,

Placing your hands now on your heart,

Feeling this connection and welcoming it into your heart space,

Sending love and gratitude for all that you have experienced today and when you are ready,

Gently bring your awareness back to your breath,

Back to your body,

Feeling their connection within you.
