Let's just take a minute to breathe.

We'll be doing the box breath today.

So we're going to be inhaling for four,

Holding for four,

Exhaling for four,

And holding out for four.

So take a nice deep breath in all the way down into your belly and release it out.

Now inhale in 2 3 4 hold 2 3 4 exhale 2 3 4 hold out 2 3 4 in 2 3 4 hold 2 3 4 exhale 2 3 4 hold out 2 3 4 in 2 3 4 hold 2 3 4 out 2 3 4 hold 2 3 4.

Now take a nice deep breath in and exhale out the mouth letting it all go.
