Take a moment to just settle in.

Find a comfortable seat or even just lie down.

Take a deep breath in through your nose.

Pause for a moment at the top and exhale through your mouth.

Starting your day with a mindful moment can really set the stage for how it plays out.

Giving yourself just even a minute of time to mentally check in.

How are you feeling?

What are you holding in your body?

What thoughts are racing in your mind that you'd like to let go of?

Take another deep breath in and let this all go as you exhale.

Remember,

You have the power to breathe in every moment of your life and exhale out what you don't need.
