This visualization is inspired by my first fiction novel which is centered around the magical power of the pumpkin patch.
Fall is my absolute favorite time of year and I hope this journey enchants and inspires you.
Settle into a cozy spot and take this time to journey into an autumn world of magic and wonder.
Envision yourself standing alone in a beautiful wooded forest.
The path ahead of you is it covered in a bed of deep red tiny leaves.
All around you on either side crimson leaves line the path through the forest appearing now almost as a rose lined path.
A gentle breeze picks up the branches of the trees and more tiny leaves cascade down around you.
It's almost as if you are in a snow globe of autumn surrounded by the gentle feathery rain of the leaves.
You begin to walk down the path the leaves gently crunching underneath your feet as you step one foot after the other.
Nearby from a branch above the path an owl calls to you.
You look up and see a large mysterious barn owl.
His white face against the dark wood of the trees is bright in contrast and his deep dark eyes meet yours.
You both acknowledge each other in a moment of stillness greeting each other with your energy.
As you continue down the path you come to a clearing.
Out in front of you is a vast vista of rolling hills all dabbled with the glorious colors of fall.
The bright golds of aspens,
The deep oranges and reds of maples crowd into the hillside creating an ocean of color undulating across the land as a gentle breeze loosens the leaves off the trees.
From where you stand you can see down the hill a sprawling pumpkin patch.
It spreads across the entire horizon and is filled to the brim with ripe round pumpkins of all shapes and sizes.
The canvas of colors from white,
Yellow,
Green and orange create their own tapestry against the autumn forest behind it.
You gently descend the hill towards the patch.
As you approach it you begin to see there is more to the patch than the ripening fruit and gourds.
Amongst all of the fruit is a teeming network of thick green vines.
The vines intertwine and dance amongst the pumpkins curling and nesting as they wrap up and down all around the enormous fruits.
You bend down and reach out your hand to touch one of the vines which is covered with its own gentle tiny green fuzzy coating that sticks to your fingers.
When your skin meets the vine a tingling sensation arises up your fingers into your hand and then moves up your arm.
You begin to feel the pulsating energy of the vines.
You welcome it in and the vine begins to wrap around your hand in a mutual greeting.
Then you notice your feet are also surrounded by vines.
Your toes tingle as you feel their skin begin to touch the vines alive with life.
Greeting this energy as well you move your feet further into the vines and in a mutual co-creation the vines begin to welcome you in wrapping around your toes and your ankles.
As you merge with the vines your body becomes infused with the vibrational energy of the pumpkin vines.
You realize the vines are in fact a neural network that you have tapped into which now connected allows you to access the vast knowledge of the universe.
As you dwell in this connection your eyes dance over the thousands of pumpkins that have grown and thrived from this amazing network.
Their abundance and life supplied by these vines of inspiration,
Support,
And vitality.
You reach out for one of the pumpkins and holding it close to your body you begin to feel an invigorating sense of connection.
You are being activated by the magical energy of the pumpkins.
They represent your full potential,
Your ability to create your intentions,
The manifestation of your desires,
And the fulfillment of your purpose.
Spend as long as you like in this mystical portal.
Use the magic of the pumpkins and the vibrational energy of the patch to refuel your fortitude.
To reignite your hopes and dreams and to inspire you to grow the life you desire.
Eventually you hear the quiet call of the owl in the distance.
He is calling you back down the path.
You gently set the pumpkin back into the patch,
Nestling amongst the winding vines and thank the patch,
Vines,
And pumpkins for their rejuvenating power.
As you begin to climb the hill back towards the forest you realize you are now filled with a revived sense of grounding,
An affirmation of both your inner wisdom and your spirits direction.
When you enter the rose-colored path again you proceed with confidence and calm as you return to your life and awareness,
Bringing with you the wisdom and vitality of the pumpkin patch.
It is always there for you whenever you need it.
The owl,
Your spirit guide,
Will always watch over you and beckon you back down this path whenever you need to restore,
Rejuvenate,
And connect.
