Late at night when the moon is high in the sky,
Clouds drift by and the stars start to twinkle,
We sleep.
For most of us while we sleep we travel to a mysterious world known as a dream.
We can have five or six different dreams per night.
They can be exhilarating or depressing,
Insightful or confusing,
Comforting or upsetting.
When we awake our dreams disappear within a few minutes.
We forget them and go about our day.
Sometimes little things in our day will spark a memory,
A distant echo of a dream from the night before.
Quite often though the dreams retreat into the darkness and remain hidden from us forever.
But have you ever wondered why we dream?
Or asked why we spend so much time in our lives in this other world that doesn't seem to make sense?
Or even more importantly as women,
Have you ever wondered if your dreams are different from men?
And if so,
How?
Dreams are stories.
Each story is told in your unique dream language.
Your dream language,
Like any language,
Is a compilation of symbols which put together forms a meaningful message.
For women our dreams are greatly influenced by our biology.
In our lives we go through significant changes,
Not just in mind and spirit,
But in body as well.
These fluctuations of our hormones directly contribute to our dream content and recall ability.
As women,
Whether you are connected to spirit closely,
Activating your own source of inspiration,
Seeking your higher self,
Or honing your inner wisdom,
All chapters of women's lives can be enlightened by the transformative power of our hidden dream meanings.
When we can harness our dream recall,
Acknowledge our feminine life chapters,
And decode our dream language,
We open up a whole new mystical world of knowledge that has been there all along waiting for us to awaken.
Listening to our dreams can lead all women towards a greater sense of connection,
Introspection,
Support,
Self-compassion,
And understanding.
It is a crucial aspect of self-care,
Self-discovery,
And personal growth.
When you go to sleep tonight and when you wake up in the morning,
Take a few moments with your eyes closed in the last few moments of silence and listen to your dream echo.
It is waiting for you to discover it.
