The Throat Chakra is a gateway to our innermost being,
A distinctive energy center that sets us apart from any other life forms.
As humans we possess the precious ability to speak.
No other creatures on earth have such a power to articulate emotions,
Thoughts and ideas that flower.
In the Kabbalah,
Humans are called the speaker for this reason,
To express ourselves fearlessly,
True to our unique expression.
By honoring this truth of who you are in this moment,
The Throat Chakra shall return to balance through singing your song with integrity.
So may you always use your voice,
Not only to yourself but others too,
To bring forth love,
Joy and inspiration.
To do so will truly serve your soul.
Let us begin,
As you settle in close down the eyes and take a moment to align your spine and breath by breathing deeply.
Allow your lower back and chest to surrender to a state of calm.
Let your jaw loosen,
Your tongue relax and release all the tension in your scalp.
As your eyes gently turn inwards,
Turn your attention towards your throat and mouth.
Observe your breath flowing in and out,
Feeling the soothing sensation of each inhale and each exhale.
Be present in this moment,
Let go and just allow yourself to be fully present in this tranquil state.
Then allow your breath to just fall into its natural rhythm and instead bring your focus to letting your mind's eye visualize a vision of utter radiance,
A lustrous inverted pyramid resplendent in turquoise light.
Suspended from the very recesses of your jaw,
Its apex pointing down towards your heart.
Be silent and let this vision take root.
As you bask in its glory,
Feel the subtle yet powerful energy contained within.
Feel the pyramid seal this energy inside your throat,
Preventing it from scattering into other regions of the body.
Through this sacred pyramid,
Energy is directed with purpose and clarity,
Never dissipating into the ether but rather becoming a magnificent force that radiates from within.
See yourself bathed in a gentle yet unmistakable glow.
Your neck,
Throat and tongue at ease and your being suffused with all the turquoise light that you need.
Let peace and harmony fill you as this magnificent empowering force balances and revitalizes your throat chakra.
The magnificent pyramid holds the keys to your personal truth and the higher truths of the universe.
Within its walls you will discover the energy of communication,
Willpower and creativity.
The back wall feeds your ears with guidance,
Unveiling the truth and illuminating the next step on your path.
As you strengthen your willpower and complete unfinished business with those around you,
The left side of the pyramid will empower and support you.
The front wall contains communication energy that will feed your vocal cords,
Giving voice to your truth and helping you to reconnect with others.
It is crucial to choose your words consciously as they are the foundation of wholesome and meaningful relationships.
And on the right side you will find creative energy,
A plethora of light,
Vibrant possibilities that will help you express your true self through creativity and any other activity that brings you joy.
For the throat chakra is a hub of inspiration,
A divine spark that ignites your passion for life.
Let us take another moment to sit in silence and hold this energy in your throat center.
Feel the creative energy flow and stimulate your mind,
Then let it ripple through your entire body,
Awakening your desire to share yourself with others.
Listen deeply to the truth and allow your willpower to grow and strengthen and let the energy of the universe flow through you,
Igniting your purpose and joy.
Now repeat after me the following affirmations.
I allow myself to express my feelings and emotions.
I create space for self-expression.
I will uplift myself and others with honest communication.

Visualize a cross of light encircled by a beautiful halo.
Remember to stay true to who you are and all the magnificent qualities that make up the unique being that is you.
You are not merely a body,
You are an embodiment of truth.
Allow yourself to receive kind words and praise and believe in the sincerity of those who share them with you.
Let their words resonate within you,
For the truth you hear is the same truth that you so beautifully express.
