I invite you to close your eyes and bring your awareness inside of you.
Notice the gentle rhythm of your body as your breath moves in and out.
And just let any thoughts that come to mind,
Just let them be still.
Or with every breath you take,
Just exhale them out.
And if any external thought comes to mind,
Just bring your awareness back to your breath.
Taking your awareness now to your heart centre.
See or feel a warm glowing light right in the centre.
And let that warm glowing light expand.
See it growing.
Let it grow,
Let it fill your body.
Starting with your chest,
Letting it expand.
See it fully expanding.
And then let it expand around you.
Just let that light help you to tap into your inner.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Feeling comfortable surrounded by your inner glow.
See yourself lying down on the grass in a wide expansive meadow.
Feel the warmth of the sun on your face and your body.
Just simply let this warmth relax you.
Feel a gentle breeze against your skin as your body begins to soften.
Feel your feet begin to let go as they gently let any resistance fall away.
Feeling your calves just release.
Allowing this relaxation to travel up to your thighs.
And letting the muscles in the thighs just let go.
Your relaxation travels up into your buttocks and hips.
And as they are being supported by the ground below,
Just let them release.
Let them surrender any tightness that they've been holding in.
Let everything go.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Allowing the relaxation to travel into your lower abdomen.
And just breathing in.
And as you breathe out,
Let this area of your body just let go.
Surrender.
Feeling the peaceful surroundings surround you.
Allowing you to release your body.
Allowing the relaxation now to travel a little bit further up your body.
Up into your chest.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Feeling all the organs of your body relax.
Feeling any tightness just dissipate.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
Allowing your shoulders to just let go.
Letting the ground beneath you take all of your weight.
Feel this relaxation traveling down each one of your arms.
Any tension in the tops of your arms.
Letting the relaxation flow down through your elbows into your forearms.
Gently into your wrists and the palms of your hands.
Letting your fingers just gently open.
Release and relax.
And the beautiful warmth of the sun supports you in this relaxation.
The ground beneath you takes all of your weight.
And now bring your awareness of the relaxation into your jaw.
Just let your jaw release.
No need to tension that.
Just let it release.
Let your cheek muscles go.
Relax your eyes.
Relax your brows.
And your forehead and temples.
Feel your head just begin to release any tension.
And as you lie here,
Letting your body relax in the sun.
Letting the gentle breeze touch your skin.
Hearing the sounds of nature around you.
Noticing what you can smell.
Notice that you can feel a few little drops of rain begin.
And you get that fresh scent of rain surrounding you.
But it's hardly anything to make you feel uncomfortable.
In fact it feels very relaxing.
A drop here and a drop there.
Your body succumbs to relaxation.
The sun still shines through the rain.
And you just very slightly open your eyes.
And against the clear blue sky you notice a beautiful rainbow has formed right above you.
And you close your eyes again.
Knowing that you are surrounded in this ultimate blissful,
Blissful scenery and feeling.
And you let the rainbow just let you have all of the colours surround you.
And one by one the colours surround you and you absorb the colours within your being.
And you breathe in and breathe out.
And the colour red from the rainbow comes in from the soles of your feet and travels up through your body.
And now the orange from the rainbow enters your body from your feet and through your body.
And you can feel your body respond to these colours.
Feel a gentle hum and vibration and warmth.
Now the yellow from the rainbow enters your body from your feet,
Travelling up.
And now green.
Your body absorbs the green.
And you feel a gentle healing within you.
And you take a deep breath in and out.
The blue from the rainbow enters your feet and travels through your body.
And now the indigo colour enters your body.
And your body absorbs it right through.
And now the violet from the rainbow gently enters your body.
And you feel it slowly working its way right up through your body.
Feeling its relaxation and allowing you to open up and relax.
And as you lay here completely in tune with nature and in tune with your own body,
Your own rhythm.
You feel a beautiful glowing light enter your body from your feet.
And it travels up your legs,
Abdomen,
Into your upper body,
Into your head.
And you lay peacefully into a beautiful,
Beautiful sleep.
