The Breathing Collective

Learning how to breathe better together, that is what this group is all about. Breathwork is an integral part of yoga and buddhist practice, and an increasingly popular topic of investigation in science, yet there is not a lot of integration of breathing science and breathing practice. In the following moths, I will release a series of science talks, breathing practices, and live sessions that will help you on your way to a better understanding and a better implementation of healthy breathing in your daily life. This group is where you can share your journey with others. The easiest way to wire in a consistent breathing practice, is to join a group where breathing awareness is the norm. A community where you will be celebrated and supported to take time and space for breathing, and you have examples of others who are braving the wilderness of breath with you.
