Tai Chi is a gentle form of exercise with many benefits. Some of these benefits are building & maintaining strength, flexibility, and balance. Tai Chi also protects you from the damages of inflammation, improves blood circulation, relief from joint pains, headaches, and arthritis, and provides mental clarity and wellbeing. This practice is often referred to as "meditation in motion."
