Hello, I am anne Lewis.
Welcome to Space for Calm. This originally was a Space to Sleep, but as we know, a lot of the work to have a good night sleep begins during the day. This is a space where we can learn strategies and tools to bring calm into our day, and rest into our night. It is a space where I would love you to share your own tips with the group.
My goal when I teach meditation and mindfulness is for you to not just relax, but you have learn something that will assist you in your own meditation practice.
I am happy for you to share any recommendation for meditations, but please let the group know why you have made your selection, and how it has assisted you. I will also share meditations and music you may like to have a listen to.
So, welcome, and lets work together to create a little bit more calm in our lives and this world.
