we invite you to participate to this circle, to share  your experiences with meditations in general but also musical topics. this is an open space to share your approach to your practice and your (musical) inspirations feel free to ask us any questions regarding our work or anything music related since we are doing are meditations in English, German and Italian, feel free to write in any of those languages this circle is hosted by Insight Timer teachers Isabel and Elisa and their project NUJA -Meditation & Sounds, Vienna based musicians and meditation lovers ................ wir laden dich ein, an diesem circle teilzunehmen, um deine Erfahrungen mit Meditationen im Allgemeinen, aber auch musikalischen Themen zu teilen. dies ist ein offener Raum, um deine Herangehensweise an deine Praxis und deine (musikalischen) Inspirationen zu teilen Fühle dich frei, uns Fragen zu unserer Arbeit oder zu allem, was mit Musik zu tun hat, zu stellen da wir Meditationen in Englisch, Deutsch und Italienisch machen, kannst du gerne in einer dieser Sprachen schreiben Dieser Kreis wird von den Insight Timer-Lehrerinnen,  Musikerinnen und Meditations-liebhaberinnen Isabel und Elisa aus Wien mit ihrem Projekt NUJA - Meditation & Sounds ............ vi invitiamo a partecipare a questo circolo, a condividere le vostre esperienze con meditazioni in generale ma anche con argomenti musicali. questo è uno spazio aperto per condividere il tuo approccio alla tua pratica e le tue ispirazioni (musicali) sentiti libero di farci qualsiasi domanda riguardante il nostro lavoro o qualsiasi cosa relativa alla musica poiché facciamo le nostre meditazioni in inglese, tedesco e italiano, sentiti libero di scrivere in qualsiasi lingua preferisci questo circolo è ospitato dalle insegnanti di Insight Timer Isabel ed Elisa del progetto NUJA -Meditation & Sounds, musiciste viennesi e amanti della meditazione
