In this group you will guided though the Mindfulness for Life course with live events, recorded tracks and group discussion.
Oxford University created Mindfulness for Life as a combination of MBCT, contemplative traditions and positive psychology to supports you to integrate mindfulness into all parts of your life. The course increases well-being and flourishing using simple easy to learn techniques that can be used throughout the day.
Lila, draws on her more than 20 years experience as a mindfulness and yoga teacher, her mindfulness training from several universities and her Buddhist training in meditation.
This is a place to connect and explore practical mindfulness in our lives. Share your experiences, ask questions and create a mindful community.
