Letting Go of Chronic Pain

This circle is a place for discussion and support for Letting Go of Chronic Pain using mind body techniques. Pain is the bodies way of protecting ourselves from further harm. We can enter chronic pain cycles when our brains are misinterpreting messages of safety as messages of danger. When we create safety in the body the brain is more likely interpret messages as they were sent. When we let go of fear around pain we can Let Go of Chronic Pain.
