Innsaei - To see within

Innsæi (pronounced  Inn-Sigh-Ee) is an Icelandic word that has several apt beautiful meanings: 1 - The sea within.
2 -To see within.
3 -To see from the inside out. We feel it is a perfect word to describe the integral journey we are all travelling on. To discover the sea within us, our inner world of emotions, feelings, thoughts and values and as we grow up through the stages of development. To see within, to deeply know and accept ourselves in a way that we can truly see and own, ours and others’ perspectives through cleaning up. To see from the inside out and explore the states of consciousness through waking up and change the way we show up in the world through Integral vertical development. Welcome, this is a space created by Peter Dawson, Integral8 and Sue Dawson, SGP for us all to walk side by side and share our experiences, practices and recommendations whilst we travel on our individual and collective Innsaei journey.
