Hello and welcome to your mantra practice. My name is LaForce and today we're going to be chanting a mantra for peace. It is Om Shanti Om. Shanti means peace in Sanskrit and it's definitely recommended if you're feeling stressed or feeling a lot of anxiety or just a lot of tension in your body to help you relax. It could even be useful before you go to bed at night. This is a brief mantra, Should take only around five minutes and we'll be chanting together.
