I uses lapis lazuli and clear quartz above my crown whilst laying down for this....AMAZING meditation! Full chakra release and huge opening of the crown and third eye chakras! My head now feels really heavy in a good way though, the moment it stopped my cats entered the space! Beautiful Beautiful energy, I felt you put a lot of love in this!
