Today,
We will be doing a 15-minute meditation.
This meditation will include a short breath-focus exercise and incorporate affirmations to help you attune to your magic.
We will be moving our consciousness out of the physical for this practice,
So please make sure you are in a quiet place where you can take a comfortable seat.
I now am going to ask you to close your eyes.
Bring your awareness to how you are breathing in this moment.
Where is the breath moving?
Are these breaths short or long,
Full or shallow?
Without judgment,
Thank your body for breathing naturally for you today.
Allow yourself to settle into this natural breathing pattern before we alter it.
Now we are going to move into the 4-7-8 breath practice.
We are going to do this for five rounds,
The first two following along with me and the last two on your own.
This breathing technique will help you to calm your body and mind before we move into a deeper level of meditation.
We will start with a breath in for 1,
2,
3,
4.
Now hold 1,
2,
3,
4,
5,
6,
7 and out for 1,
2,
3,
4,
5,
6,
7.
And in 1,

3,

Now go ahead and let go of your breath,
Back to your natural breathing pattern.
Take a moment to reflect on how your body feels.
Are you more relaxed?
Do you feel more vibrant?
Maybe you feel your senses more.
I'd like you to take note of your senses with me.
Take a moment to notice how the air feels on your skin.
Maybe notice how your clothes feel on your body.
What do you hear?
Just take note.
Are you holding any tensions in your hands or face?
Let that go.
Can you smell or taste anything familiar?
How about behind your eyelids?
Do you see any colors or movements?
Now I'd like you to visualize that all these senses become enveloped in a white light.
Flowing through your crown,
From the universe,
This light surrounds and protects your body,
Flowing through and warming you.
It protects and surrounds you,
Radiating outward down into the earth.
Now I want you to visualize roots and branches,
Rising and growing around and into you.
These roots become one with you,
Connecting you to Gaia and grounding your roots to her.
These roots connect at your heart,
This white light intertwining.
You are protected,
Loved and grounded from both the universe and the mother.
Take a deep breath in.
Now that you are attuned to this high vibration,
We are going to speak affirmations.
You can repeat these out loud or to yourself.
I am fully connected to my highest self and in tune with my true path.

Every day I speak and act in a way that leads me to the divine and connects me to deity.

Take some time to reflect on these affirmations in silence.
Feel free to repeat these to yourself out loud or in your mind as needed.
We are now going to become aware of our physical form again.
I would like you to take three deep breaths in,
Expanding your lungs fully.
Breathe in and out and in and out.
Allow yourself to become aware of your senses.
Wiggle your fingers and toes.
Start to take whatever movements feel right.
Maybe allow yourself a full body stretch.
Visualize the place you have been meditating in.
Take time to remember what your surroundings are.
Slowly,
When you are ready,
Allow your eyes to open.
When you move forward with your day,
Remember you can always bring yourself back to this magical frequency.
You are supported by your highest self in the universe.
