Begin to notice your breath happening all by itself.

As you become aware of your breath,

Become curious about which parts of your body are affected as you take in more air and as you let it out.

Welcome the simplicity of focusing your awareness here in your body as you take in more air and as you let it out.

What do you notice?

Where does the air go?

Where does it leave?

How is the air influencing your state of being?

Stay curious about everything you notice.

Thank yourself for taking this moment of reset and recentering.
