Settle in softly for this moment of deeper rest.

Now you can let go of everything you've been holding today.

Begin by gently closing your eyes and listening to the sound of your breath.

There's nothing you need to do and nowhere you need to be.

Just here,

Now,

With your body and your breath.

In and out.

Notice if you could be more comfortable.

Shift your body to make it so.

Once this is done,

Let all your muscles relax and feel your entire body getting heavier and heavier.

Everything is peaceful.

Your mind and body are at ease and you're dropping in to deeper rest.

Feel yourself letting go,

Loosening and relaxing.

Allow yourself to be carried further and deeper into this restful place.
