Find a nice comfortable seated or a laying position.
Take your time.
Create the environment,
The atmosphere that you like.
Maybe light up an incense.
And feel free to use any props you'd like to get yourself nice and comfortable.
Pillows,
Bolsters,
Yoga mat.
And as you're getting yourself situated,
Make sure that your spine is nice and straight.
Maybe supported.
And once you find your desired position,
Simply close your eyes.
As you close your eyes,
Begin to bring your awareness inwards.
Start by consciously relaxing your whole body all the way from the tips of your toes to the crown of your head.
Giving special attention to your hips,
Your lower back.
Your shoulders and your neck.
All those areas where we tend to carry some extra tension.
Simply acknowledge it,
Become aware of it.
And relax.
Let your body become nice and heavy.
Looting into the ground,
Connecting with the earth beneath you.
Finding a sensation of stability,
Of stillness.
And begin to bring your awareness to the tip of your nose and the breath coming in.
And the breath coming out.
Let that be your focus for now.
You inhale,
Send.
And exhale,
Out.
There is nothing but you and your breath.
Whatever thoughts are you going to ask to do with,
Responsibilities.
All of those things that we tend to carry in the back of our mind.
Whatever you might carry with you today,
Let's put it aside just for now.
You can always pick it up again when you finish your meditation.
But this right here,
Right now,
Is your sacred time,
Your sacred space.
Inhale,
Deep inhale,
Send.
Full exhales,
Out.
Let's observe our breath,
Just start.
Inhale into your nose.
Exhale into your nose or your mouth,
Whatever feels best.
Notice if you can deepen your breath.
Also taking deeper and deeper inhales in.
And full exhales out.
And imagine this completely.
Notice if you can match the length of your inhales with the length of your exhales.
And as you're inhaling,
Imagine as if you were filling a cup.
Deep breath in,
Let that breath go all the way down to your belly.
And then middle,
And top of your lungs.
And as you're exhaling,
Also emptying out your cup.
All three parts,
Top,
Middle,
All the way down to the bottom.
Deep inhales in.
Full exhales out.
Just a few more rounds,

Begin to imagine yourself on a beautiful,
White sand beach.
Miles and miles away from here.
As you look around,
You notice you're on a virgin beach,
Not a soul in sight.
A place hidden to the naked eye.
A special place created just for you.
Take a moment to arrive.
Let your bare feet sink into the sand.
Feel the gentle breeze caressing your skin.
Feel the sun warming your whole body.
Everything feels just right.
As you look to your right and to the left,
The beach seems to be never-ending.
Turquoise blue waters,
As far as the eye can see,
Melting into the horizon.
And behind you,
A lush,
Green jungle,
Filled with mountains and rolling hills,
Treetops,
Palm trees,
Tropical wildlife.
And take a moment to just settle in.
Take a few steps down the beach,
Walking down the shore,
Enjoying your happy place,
Your peaceful place.
Because you know this place was created just for you.
And here you are free to be exactly who you are,
Your true inner self.
And as you're walking down the beach,
Step by step,
With each step forward,
Feeling more at peace,
At home.
Complete.
Because here you do not have to do anything.
You don't have to be anyone,
But simply exist.
Step by step,
Walking down the beach,
Enjoying the calming sounds of water,
Of the waves crashing against the shore,
Tropical birds singing in the distance.
Everything exactly as it should be.
And as you've been wandering around your happy place,
Your peaceful place for a while,
You realize you took a beaten path towards the jungle,
Getting lost in the lush,
Green vegetation,
The erotic scent of flowers and fruit in the air.
And although it seems like you're exploring this path for the very first time,
You feel completely safe,
At home and at peace.
Step by step,
Walking down the path,
Until you find a little clearing.
And all of a sudden in front of you,
A beautiful waterfall appears.
Crystal clear waters,
Creating an arduous sound,
Flowing over the rocks and into a beautiful.

.
And you decide to step under the waterfall,
Because this is a disaster,
What do you mean?
A little refresher.
And you still fully find the rocks,
Climbing the perfect spot,
Stepping right under the flow of water.
And you begin to feel the refreshing,
Rejuvenating waters of the waterfall.
Gentle flowing,
Drop for drop,
Onto the crown of your head,
And down your shoulders,
Bathing your whole body down the back,
All the way down to the tips of your toes.
And you feel so light,
So refreshed,
Like a gentle massage on your head,
Your shoulders,
Your back,
A natural flow of water,
The common sounds of the waterfall.
And all of a sudden,
The crystal clear waters begin to transform into a deep,
Rich,
Red color,
Just like the color of the center here.
And you begin to feel stable,
Secure,
Supported.
After you've bathed in the rich red color,
The waterfall begins to transform into rich orange hue,
Bathing your whole body,
Making you feel connected,
Loved,
And desired,
Creative,
Bathing your whole body.
The waters miraculously begin to transform into gold and yellow,
Drop by drop,
Making you feel connected,
Confident,
Ambitious,
Strong.
And the colors begin to change yet again,
Into a beautiful emerald green,
Bathing in the water.
You begin to feel love,
Care,
Understanding,
And compassion for yourself and the whole world around you.
The waters begin to flow in a rich royal blue,
And you feel like you can freely understand and speak your truth,
Creative,
Understood,
Heard,
And connected with others.
The colors begin to change yet again,
Into a unique indigo,
Purplish blue color.
And you feel your intuition,
Your inner sense becoming stronger and stronger,
Your visualizations clearer and clearer.
Finally,
The waterfall changes back into a crystal,
Almost pure light,
Ultraviolet color,
Washing,
Flowing over your whole body,
Dripping straight into the crown of your head,
Making you feel connected with your true inner self,
The divine within you and around you,
Connected with the universe and the spiritual side of things.
You begin to feel fully energized,
And from your rock you decide to jump into the lake,
Feeling completely and fully weightless,
Floating and diving deep into the crystal-free waters.
You begin to float,
Simply free,
Trusting that you're supported,
And that you are floating exactly where you need to go,
A sensation of peace,
Connected with you.
Allow yourself to float,
Completely and fully free,
Completely and fully weightless,
Exactly as you are.
And after a while,
Feels like an eternity,
And at the same time like no time has passed at all,
Like time has simply stopped.
You open your eyes again and find yourself in a beautiful place,
A newer happy place,
Floating on the surface of the night.
You gently swim out and find a comfortable spot in the rock to dry yourself on the sun,
Feeling the warm golden rays of sun shining on you.
And it's as if every single cell in your body has been replaced,
Completely and fully rejuvenated,
Energized,
And vibrating the same frequency as the earth and the nature around you.
And you feel completely and fully balanced,
Strong,
Ready for the next step,
Knowing that you have all the support,
Stability,
Strength,
Knowledge,
Understanding,
Vision to achieve anything and everything you are destined to achieve.
And after enjoying,
Relaxing on the sun,
You slowly get up again,
Taking one final look back at this idyllic scene of a beautiful waterfall in a crystal clear lake,
In the middle of the lush green jungle,
Thinking this special magical place for your experience.
And you slowly,
Gently begin to walk back,
Making your way back to where you came from,
Step by step,
Down the vegan path,
Enjoying the tropical scents,
The lush greens,
The flowers,
The fruits,
The singing birds along the way.
Gently walking back,
Step by step,
And you find yourself on your beautiful white sand beach yet again,
Turquoise blue waters,
Shining sand crystals,
Retracing your steps,
Step by step,
Back to where you came from,
Feeling like you,
Your body so light,
It's as if your feet are barely touching the earth,
Vibrating with energy,
With clarity,
With purpose.
Step by step,
Walking back to the exact spot where you first appeared,
And taking one final look around your happy place,
Your peaceful place,
Knowing that it will always,
Always be here,
Whenever you need it.
This place was created just for you.
As you're making your way back,
Slowly becoming wider and wider,
You feel as if your feet are not touching the earth anymore,
Can't feel the sand between your toes.
As you're flying through the air,
Slowly,
Gently floating your way back to this space,
Making your way back to your body,
To this moment,
Knowing that you are exactly where you're supposed to be.
Take a deep,
Full breath in,
And exhale it out.
One more deep breath in,
Exhale and let it go.

Slowly begin to wiggle your fingers and your toes,
Maybe rocking your head from side to side,
Taking your time,

Just feeling where you are,

In each and every cell of your body.
Moving gently with awareness,
With an inhale,
Stretch your arms up and overhead,
If you're laying down,
Extend your legs out,
Give yourself a nice,
Gentle stretch,
Moving organically in whichever direction feels right for you.
And then slowly,
Gently take your time to make your way up into a comfortable seat,
If you're not there already,
Just allowing yourself to arrive,
To settle in,
To come back.
You can continue keeping your eyes soft and closed.
And simply observe with your other senses the space around you,
The sounds,
The temperature,
The air,
The ground beneath you.
As you come back into a seat,
Straighten your spine with an inhale,
Sweep your arms up and overhead,
Exhale,
Float them down,
Deep breath and reach up,
Exhale,
Float them down,
One more like so,
Deep breath and reach up,
Reach towards the sky,
Exhale it out,
Floating your hands down and bringing your palms together in front of your heart center,
Feel your heart beating in your chest with your thumbs rest on your sternum.
And taking one final moment to simply check in with yourself,
Feeling your physical,
Mental,
Emotional,
Energy,
Spiritual body balance,
Aligned,
Everything exactly as it should be.
And with your palms together in front of your heart,
You can gently bow your head down towards your heart and take this moment to express gratitude for every single blessing,
