This is a guided meditation, to help you to relax deeply, and if you wish, drift into your dreamtime. The guided, spoken part lasts for about 17 minutes, followed by a short sound-healing-humming part, and another approx. 27 minutes of just music. I recommend using headphones, earbuds or good speakers for the best experience of the sound. Allow yourself to truly relax, breathe, replenish and receive. May this meditation serve you truly well. Welcome to this guided meditation to relax deeply and fall asleep if you wish.

Take a deep breath in and release all the air from your lungs.

Allow your breathing to slow down and to deepen.

Allow yourself to sink from the space of your mind into the space of your heart,

Becoming fully present,

Fully aware,

Becoming truly still.

Allow yourself to be present with all that you are,

Every part of you,

Every aspect of you.

And as you breathe deeply,

The entire space around you is being filled by white golden light.

It fills the walls,

The ceiling,

The floor,

Any doors and windows,

Or creates a beautiful sphere of light around you should you be outside.

This light creates a beautiful and high vibrational space for you to be in and only that which serves your highest good can enter.

There is also a beautiful blue light that flows into your space,

Fills the space around you and holds you in that light of a shimmering beautiful blue.

And so keep breathing deeply and allow yourself to breathe out any tension you may be holding in your body.

Allow yourself to relax your muscles and to also relax your mind as you keep your awareness on your breathing,

Tuning into that flow of breath,

Gently flowing in and gently flowing out.

Give the entire weight of your body to the ground,

Whether you are laying down or sitting.

Allow yourself to be held by the ground beneath you,

Noticing where your body touches the ground.

Know that in this moment,

There is nothing to do,

Nothing to fix,

Nothing to understand.

This moment is just to be,

To be present,

To relax,

To release,

To replenish and to deeply let go.

The crystalline grid of the earth right beneath you is all aglow in gold and white and blue and this light holds your space in a beautiful and nourishing vibration.

So allow your entire being,

Your body,

All of you to be held in this light.

To the below,

May you sustain me.

To the above,

May you inspire me.

To the behind,

May you protect me.

To the before,

May you guide me.

To the right,

May you strengthen me.

To the left,

May you purify me.

And to the within,

May you remember me.

Envision your entire body relaxing,

Releasing the tension of your mind,

Releasing the speed of your thoughts,

Releasing any tension within the organs,

Releasing any stress in your cells.

Imagine that waves of light,

Of beautiful gold,

White and blue are moving through your physical body,

Assisting you in releasing and letting go of tension and stress.

Imagine breathing in the white,

Golden and blue light and then breathing out deeply throughout your entire body,

Truly releasing,

Deeply relaxing.

And so the crystalline grid that is aglow beneath you is offering to take from you anything that weighs heavy on you,

Anything that may be troubling you,

Anything weighing heavy on your heart,

Anything weighing heavy on your shoulders.

Allow yourself now to breathe out any worries,

Any fears,

Anything at all that you wish support for.

Just imagine breathing it out of your body and releasing it to the ground,

To the earth,

As she lovingly offers to take it from you and to transform it instantly within her sacred grid of light.

So take a few moments to consciously breathe and let go and release into her sacred grid of light.

And when the world feels too fast,

When the world gets too loud,

Tune into you,

Tune into the silence and the stillness deep within you,

For behind every noise and every sound there lies a field of silence.

And when the world feels so fast,

Fast moving,

Tune into your own rhythm and allow yourself to slow down,

Leave the noise and the pace of the world outside and tune into you,

Into your rhythm,

Into your presence,

Into the stillness and the silence within.

And if we allow ourselves to rest in that space of stillness and silence,

That is where we can find peace,

That is where we find replenishment,

That is where we can deeply relax.

Imagine that the waves of light,

The beautiful golden white and blue light are massaging your body and your being,

Gently swaying with you and through you,

Gently bringing balance to any part of you that needs it at this moment and now breathe deeply through the space of your heart and allow yourself to gently expand into all directions,

To gently open from within,

Giving yourself more space to breathe.

Every part of your body is aglow in this light,

Your cells are radiating out the golden white and blue light and maybe other colors are also present.

Every part of your physical body is now aglow in light and may every part of you receive exactly what you need in this moment.

Know that within this space,

You are truly loved,

Seen,

Honored and held.

So as you breathe deeply and relax and maybe drift off to sleep,

Beings of light,

Beings and so allow the waves of sound and light to gently guide you into an even deeper state of relaxation as you flow with the music and maybe drift off into your dream time.

May you flow with this music for as long as you choose to.
