Snippets of Wisdom Exhilaration and Adventure of the Unknown How do you feel about facing uncertainty?
Do you fear not knowing?
Do you need to know the how,
When,
Where,
And who before you get excited about your future?
Does the unknown fill you with excitement and enthusiasm,
Positive expectation,
And a feeling of adventure?
I loved this quote from Abraham Hicks that I saw recently.
When the feeling of not knowing how it's going to play out precisely is exhilarating to you,
When it feels like adventure,
Now it begins to play out.
Doesn't this sound like a much better way to approach the unknown?
I've been practicing this lately,
Knowing I don't have all the answers of how it's going to come,
When it's coming,
Where it's coming from,
Or who's going to bring it.
I want to trust that Source has those answers.
I figure if I can't trust Source,
Who can I trust?
So when I get the jitters about the unknown,
I've been reminding myself to stop and shift my thinking about how exhilarating it feels to anticipate something good coming.
I think about how good this adventure feels.
The more I practice an attitude of excitement,
The more I feel a shift in my energy,
And it's almost like I can reach out and touch it right in front of me.
Then I get really excited.
Take a little time to answer this question.
How do you feel about facing the uncertainty of how something will play out?
You may want to journal your reflections and set your intention for how you will shift your attitude.
To your greatest exhilarating,
Adventurous,
Unknown journey.
Big hugs,
Mary Ann.
