Welcome to this meditation.
Please find a comfortable seat or you can lie down if that feels more comfortable.
Today we're just going to show ourselves a little bit of extra love because we all deserve it.
So we're going to take a big inhale through your nose,
Expand your belly,
Hold your breath at the top and exhale.
Let's do that again.
Inhale through your nose,
Hold and exhale.
You can make some noise if you want.
Awesome.
Focus your hands on your heart,
Focus on your breath and think about one thing you like about yourself.
And if you can't,
Try to think about your loved ones and why you love them.
Once you think about why you loved your loved ones,
Try to bring that energy,
That love towards yourself.
Is that energy flowing through your body?
How does it make you feel?
Can you think about why your loved ones are in your life?
Obviously they love you.
Can you think of why?
Perfect.
You can bring your attention back to the breath.
We're going to take a big inhale again through your nose,
Expand your belly,
Hold and exhale.
Let's do it one more time.
Hold and exhale.
Perfect.
