Sunlit Earth – 5 Minute Sound Healing

Dear Listener,

Sunlit Earth is my latest piece, created with love in the silence of the Sound Sanctuary.

This Earth we live on is so precious. Our beautiful home, offering us life, nourishment, and a place to live out our days. Ninety-three million miles from the sun, hurtling through space at a phenomenal pace… and yet, it feels so steady, so grounded. Both ancient and ever-new. Filled with countless living beings, each expressing themselves, held and supported by the Earth beneath them.

There are moments before sunrise when the darkness is at its deepest. And then, slowly, the first rays of light reach the Earth... touching forests, cities, and homes, illuminating everything they meet.

This piece is an ode to those first rays of morning light, gently breaking through the darkness.

May it bring you a sense of warmth, presence, and joy.
