Made of Stars is my latest sound healing, created with love in my Sound Sanctuary. It's an invitation to rest and contemplate the forces that made this life possible.

I love looking up at the night sky. I let my eyes soften, take in the vastness above me, and ponder the billions of stars in our galaxy. The thought blows my mind... in the best possible way.

The atoms that make up our bodies were forged in the fiery hearts of ancient stars. When those stars reached the end of their lives, they released the elements they had created back into the universe.

Over countless ages, that stardust became planets, oceans, trees, and eventually us.

In a very real sense, we are made of stars.

Reflecting on this can help us loosen our grip on worries of daily life and reconnect with something greater.

As you listen, allow yourself to rest in that mystery.

If the stars could whisper their secrets to us, perhaps they would sound something like this.
