Welcome,
Friend.
This is Martha Golden.
I invite you to join me in a mindfulness practice on worthiness.
Find a comfortable position,
Whether you're sitting or lying down,
Let your body settle.
Choose to have a gentle gaze or to close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in and out.
As you breathe,
I want you to know something.
You are enough,
Just as you are.
You are right here,
Right now.
Not because of what you've done today,
Not because of what you plan to do tomorrow,
But simply because you exist.
There's a truth about you that's been there since the very beginning.
You were born worthy.
Worthiness isn't something you earn.
It can't be taken away by mistakes.
It doesn't depend on your performance or your productivity.
It's simply yours.
Breathe into that,
Let yourself feel what it's like to just be,
Not do.
You don't need to prove anything in this moment.
You don't need to please anyone.
You don't need to be perfect.
This space is nonjudgmental.
Here you can simply rest in your own value.
Your significance runs deep.
You are valuable,
Not for what you produce,
But for who you are.
Feel that truth settling into your chest.
You belong here.
You belong in this world.
And the belonging comes not from fitting in or changing yourself,
But from being authentically you.
Take a moment now to create a gentle belief within yourself.
I am worthy of love.
I'm worthy of joy.
I'm worthy of respect from others and from myself.
If you'd like,
Take your hands and place them on your heart.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Feel your own warmth.
This is you honoring you.
When you live from this place of enoughness,
Something shifts.
You can live a life abundant in joy and love.
Not because everything is perfect,
But because you know your own value.
You act with integrity because you respect yourself.
You don't have to perform for your worth.
You don't have to hustle for it.
It's already here.
It's already you.
As we close,
Take one more deep breath.
Breathing in worthiness.
Breathing out enoughness.
Carry this with you.
You are worthy.
You are enough.
You always have been.
Be you.
That's more than enough.
When you're ready,
Gently flutter your eyes and open them.
Peace be with you.
