From Fear To Power Meditation Energy Clearing

This is a healing meditation and energy clearing to experience a deep state of relaxation and peace, align yourself with the Divine Source Energy and feel your own resourcefulness, release energetic cords with people, collective consciousness that is not aligned with love, draining your energy, making you feel tired, frustrated, anxious, let go of the fear of changes and uncertainty, step into your extraordinary power, and open yourself up to unlimited possibilities, synchronicities, and miracles!

Hello and welcome to a healing and energy clearing meditation. My name is Merena Sigalova. I am a mindset coach, Mentor and energy healer. I teach the healing technique which helps drastically improve all the areas of people's life through changing their mindset. And today I would like to offer you this healing to help you overcome fear and move from fear to power. I will be using the healing technique. So the way it's gonna work is I'm going to ask you permission to change certain belief systems, Bring in certain feelings that you might have not actually experienced before and bring in new knowledge. When I say bringing in knowledge and feelings, What I'm referring to is a download. And at the healing we are able to connect directly to the divine source energy and download feelings into the cells of your body and download new information, New knowledge. And this is something that expands your awareness and can assist in creating healing. It's done based on free will and free choice and that's why it's important for you to say yes when I'm offering you these changes. So sit yourself comfortably and close your eyes. Begin taking three slow breaths in through your nose and three slow breaths out. And with each breath you allow your body to begin to relax. Breathe in through your nose and out through the mouth. In through your nose, Out through the mouth. Begin centering yourself in your heart, Your big beautiful heart. You're going to imagine that you're sharing space and molecules with the chair you're sitting in. You and chair are one. Now imagine that you are sharing space and molecules with the room you're in, The walls, The floor, The furniture. You're not being stretched or pulled, You're simply sharing the molecules. And now imagine that you're sharing space and molecules with the building you're in. All the way from the roof down to the foundations. You and the building are one. Sharing the space and molecules. Now you're going to expand your awareness out into the city you're living in. Every person, Every building, Sharing space and sharing molecules. Now expanding even further to the country you're living in. The tallest mountains, The river, The lakes, Every single soul that lives in your country. And now imagine that you're sharing space and sharing molecules with everything on this planet. Volcanoes, The ocean, The clouds, All the rivers, All the lakes, All the mountains. You and the earth are one. Now imagine that you're sharing space and molecules with everything in our solar system, The Milky Way galaxy. Now imagine that you're sharing space and molecules for everything in the universe. All the galaxies, All the stars, All the life that exists in all the forms. You and this universe are one. Now expanding out even further to bright lights and darker lights beyond the universe into the golden light, The realm of the ascended masters and angels. You and the angels and masters are one. Sharing the space and molecules. Expanding out even further into what looks like a jelly-like substance with all colors of the rainbow. These are the laws of the universe. The law of time, The law of magnetism, There are so many of them. Now pass the jelly-like substance into the bright, Iridescent, Pearly, Pearly bright light. You and this light are one. The energy of creation, The energy of pure unconditional love. Because from this place we manifest healings, We change beliefs, We heal our physical body. So we're going to start with the command, Creator of all that is, It is commanded to release hooks and cords that no longer serve me, That are not aligned with love, Light and positive attention in the highest and best way. Thank you. It is done, It is done, It is done. And you're going to imagine your body and see those cords of light where you're leaking or draining energy to various people, To a collective consciousness that results in manipulation, Over-dependence, Fears, Causing you to feel angry, Sad, Depressed. You're going to witness as great of all that is, The source energy cut those cords. You may visualize a pair of scissors, A sword cutting these cords with light and love, Releasing all the psychic attacks, Negative thought forms that you have absorbed and internalized, Sending all of those things to the light and replacing it with unconditional love. So I want you to imagine now that unconditional love is entering your body from the top of your head and just spreading through your entire body. You can actually see that each and every cell of your body gets enlivened, So vibrant and energetic, So healthy. Beautiful. And I would like to do some work on changes. So many of you associate changes, Uncertain times with a loss. This can be traced back to your ancestors losing our loved ones, Our families, Our wealth due to dramatic changes such as wars, Epidemics. So can we now send lots of healing and beautiful unconditional love to you and all your ancestors, To all your past lives where you have experienced changes which resulted in a dramatic loss or trauma in any form and shape. Also through that we are actually releasing the fear of change. So can we also release the belief that uncertain times lead to a loss. Can we release all that? And let's also release the belief that change is a loss. We've been doing this on all the levels in the highest and best way. And we are going to replace the greatest definition and perspective of what change is. And can we actually show you that a change can be positive? Okay. So can we now show you what it feels like and how to embrace the change and be confident and be in balance during the times of change? Can we show you what it feels like to be comfortable in the uncertainty? Because actually when we are certain in something we limit ourselves because we predict and when there are times of uncertainty there are also limitless possibilities. So can we show you what it feels like to be open to them? And what it feels like to be okay with the uncertainty? Would you like to know what it feels like to see and how to see blessings in any crisis that's been going on in your life? So that you could move on easily and learn all the lessons and just shift your state back into your true state aligned with your soul, Aligned with the divine source energy. So can we also bring in trust and what it feels like to trust life, Trust creator, Trust the universe? And what it feels like to know when the universe has your back? All right. Would you like to know that everything you need is within you? All the security, All the safety that you are striving for. Can we teach you that you have all this inside of you? Can we also show you that you are not separated from the source? You are a part of this divine source energy, Which means that everything you need is within you. And you are this creative force, The force that creates your life. You have the ability to do that. Okay, So can we now show you your true power? And that nobody actually can take your power away. This is just an illusion. Our power is always within us. So can we show you the greatest truth of your power? And we show you what it feels like to recognize your power and embrace it fully. And would you like to know that your power is extraordinary? Okay, And can we now show you creator's extraordinary power and what it feels like to experience this power in your daily life? And would you like to know what it feels like when your extraordinary power and creator's extraordinary power are working in the unison? A one. So can we also bring in the energy of peace through each and every cell of your body? And teach you what it feels like to feel peace. Okay, And now we're going to bring in the energy of joy. Creator's definition of joy and what it feels like to feel joy in your daily life. Okay, Now I would like to connect you with your true true essence, The truth of who you really are, Your beautiful soul essence. I want you to imagine this golden light, The truth of who you are is stepping forward. You are totally and fully connected with the truth of who you are. You're authentic, You are real and you're powerful. Okay, So now we're going to ground all these beautiful changes and I want you to focus on your heart and you're going to imagine that you're sending energy from your heart to the center of Mother Earth. And I want you to pull this beautiful Mother Earth energy back to you. You're going to feel that this beautiful energy is going upwards through the source of your field upwards and it reaches the top of your head, Filling you in with beautiful Mother Earth energies, Power, Wisdom. You are fully present in here now, You are connected with Mother Earth, With yourself and you feel your power and you know you're powerful and you are able to create the life you want.
