Transcript

Welcome to this short-breath reset meditation for daily life.

Begin by closing your eyes.

Relax your shoulders.

Bring awareness to the natural rise and fall of your breath.

As you notice the rise and fall,

Lengthen your inhale,

Allowing the air to fill the space in your chest,

Lungs,

And belly.

And slowly exhale as you observe all the air you no longer need flow out.

Continue to breathe with these nice deep inhales and exhales.

As you continue to breathe,

Focus on the expansion of the inhale and the innate release and grounding on the exhale.

On each exhale,

Allow yourself to ground and relax and reset.

Continue to flow your attention with your breath.

As you exhale,

Allow yourself to ground and relax and reset.

As you continue to focus on your breath,

Notice the shift in your state and the powerful clearing you've created for the rest of the day.

Allow that to sink in.

Continue to rest here for as long as you like.

And when you are ready,

Begin to move your fingertips and open your eyes for a vibrant day ahead.
