
Restoring Your Sensitive Energy

This guided visualization is designed to restore and replenish your vital energy force and auric field that surrounds your body. Sensitives become easily energetically drained and scattered over the course of the day. Sometimes this is due to overworking, pushing our systems past our limits, overstimulation, stress, and leaks in our boundaries. Welcome to this restoring your sensitive energy meditation.
My name is Marcy Moberg and I'm an intuitive coach and healer and I empower sensitive souls to reconnect to and remember their intuitive nature.
Today this practice is designed to restore and replenish your vital energy force and auric field and the auric field is the wider energy that surrounds your body.
As a sensitive person with a sensitive nervous system it becomes easier for your energy to become drained and scattered over the course of the day.
Sometimes this is due to overworking,
Pushing our systems past our limits,
Over stimulation,
Stress,
And leaks in our boundaries.
Because you are a sensitive,
Regardless of how sensitive you are,
You clearly found your way to this meditation.
This means that you not only take in more subtle and complex information from your environment throughout the day,
It also means that you need to care for your subtle systems in your body,
Like your vital energy force and your auric field as a part of your regular and consistent self-care.
So today I will guide you through a practice to restore and replenish any of your energy that has been depleted today or in recent time.
So to begin,
Bring yourself to a comfortable sitting or lying down position.
Any position that you can take that allows the body to feel supported,
Comfortable,
And one where you can ideally stay awake.
That's important because this practice is a visualization and requires your attention.
And when you're ready and you're feeling settled,
Start to draw your attention inside.
This may be to close the eyes if that feels comfortable,
Or perhaps bringing your attention to something on the wall or the floor in front of you,
Something that doesn't move,
Softening the gaze,
Whatever allows you to start to turn inward.
And let's start to become aware of the body breathing in and out.
As you notice the body breathing in and out,
Notice the belly rising and falling,
The chest expanding and relaxing,
Releasing.
Let's take three deep breaths together to come even more into the body.
So inhale through the nose and pause and exhale,
Releasing through the mouth.
And exhale through the mouth.
And exhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth.
Inhale through the nose and pause and exhale,
Releasing through the mouth.
And inhaling through the nose,
Fill the belly with breath and pause and exhale,
Releasing through the mouth.
One more time,
Inhaling deeply and gently pausing.
And exhale,
Releasing maybe this time,
Sighing out.
Draw your attention and notice if you can notice the contact between your body and what you're sitting or lying down on.
And just notice that sensation.
Try to do your best not to pop into thinking about the sensation,
But rather focusing on sensing,
Feeling that sensation.
You may just notice the contact or you may sense the weight of the body or you may sense the chair,
The floor,
The bed,
Whatever you're sitting or lying down on,
Gently pushing back up in support.
So now that you're in this more grounded body connected place,
We can start to turn our attention towards the more subtle practice.
And now we're going to turn our attention towards the more subtle practice.
And now we're going to turn our attention towards the more subtle practice.
As I guide you forward,
I want you to imagine in your mind's eye,
Imagine in your imagination the images that I will call forth.
Don't worry about if you're doing the practice right or wrong,
If you're concentrating enough or if the images seem to come in and out.
It's all perfect.
Just trust yourself and trust that your intentions are right.
Trust yourself and trust that your intention is enough.
So I want you to imagine that your attention wherever your mind is focused is like this magnet and in a moment we're going to use your mind,
Your attention like a magnet to pull the pieces of your energy that may have been scattered,
Dispersed,
Lost,
Disconnected throughout your day or throughout your recent week or coming days.
We're going to call them back to you now.
So I want you to imagine,
I want you to imagine in your mind's eye,
In your imagination that you see golden light,
Pieces of golden light like little glitter or star dust.
That is,
You set your intention to call your energy back now.
These pieces of golden light and star dust start to grow.
These pieces of golden light and star dust start to bring themselves back to you and they start to slowly fill your body.
If you're familiar with the game Tetris,
It's almost like a Tetris game filling your system with this golden dust,
Sparkles,
Blocks,
Puzzle pieces.
You can trust whatever that image in your mind's eye looks like for you.
Just set the intention that now you call back all the pieces of yourself.
And if it feels supportive,
You can say out loud now,
I call back all of my energy.
I call back and restore all of the pieces of myself.
I call back my vital force now.
Imagine those pieces coming from all directions just by setting your attention like a magnet,
Pulling them in and matching your intention to call them back.
All these little atoms of your energy find their way back to you.
And allow and give space for those pieces of your energy,
Your vital force to move into every single corner of the body,
To the very ends of your fingers and toes,
To the crevices where your arms and your rib cage meet.
Every piece of yourself being restored now.
And as you see the final pieces filling up the final drips,
Drops,
Spaces of the very tippy top of your head.
And your mind's eye see your body filled with golden light,
Energy vibrating.
With health and vitality now,
All of your vibrancy has come back together.
And now that you've collected all the pieces of yourself,
I want you to take a deep breath and let it out.
And let it out.
And let it out.
And let it out.
And let it out.
And let it out.
And let it out.
And let it out.
And let it out.
And let it out.
And let it out.
I want you to call in with your intention a helping spirit,
A supportive loving energy.
As you call in that helping spirit,
Notice who or what is showing up to support you with this final step now.
Is it an animal,
Plant,
Element,
Ancestor,
Person,
A feeling?
You're inviting,
Loving,
Supportive,
Well,
Bright,
Helping,
Support now.
And I want you to invite that helping spirit support now.
Now that you've reinforced your vital force and you're more grounded in the body,
Invite that helping spirit,
That support member that just showed up for you to clear and reinforce your auric field.
That may show up like a sphere of light around your body or an egg-like shape or radiating rays,
But there's this beautiful field of energy that surrounds your body.
And I want you to watch like you're watching a movie.
Just notice in your imagination,
Your mind's eye,
Allowing those images to play out now.
Give permission to that helping,
Supportive spirit to clear any energy that's not supported for you and to reinforce your auric field to its vital health now.
Notice them filling in any gaps.
Notice that egg,
Circular,
Spheric field around you getting brighter,
Clearer.
And in your own way now,
Give lots of gratitude to this helping spirit for restoring your field and just take in this vital energy that's come back to you now and the auric field that surrounds you.
Know that you're protected,
You're restored.
Energy is rewoven together.
And now start to bring your awareness back to the body,
Wiggling fingers,
Toes,
Taking any stretches as if you're waking up from deep sleep.
If the eyes are closed,
Gently blinking them open and slowly bringing your awareness back to the wider space around you.
Coming back to your space that you started from,
Perhaps with a different set of eyes,
Perspective and energy.
May this practice continue to support you throughout your day and know that you can come back to it anytime to replenish and restore your sensitive energy.
I like to recommend that people do a practice like this on a daily basis,
Like you would brushing your teeth.
