Where you can sit or lie down,
And ideally at a time when you will not be interrupted.

Feel how all your body relaxes.
When you breathe in,
Your belly pops out.
That's the right way to breathe.
Just like when babies are breathing,
You notice how their belly goes up and down.
And while you exhale,
Take as much time as you can.
Ideally,
Take more time exhaling than inhaling.
You can notice relief in your neck,
Your shoulders.
You may be surprised of how tense your face was.
Your arms,
Your hands,
Your chest,
Your back,
Everything feels so much better.
Your hips,
Your legs,
Your feet.
You only have power in the present moment,
So if something comes to your mind,
Either from the past or the future,
Don't cling to it.
Just let it go through and enjoy how you feel right now,
This peace and quiet.
Maybe you haven't realized it,
But this moment that you chose to share with me is a gift that you gave to yourselves.
This is,
As some say,
Me time,
To relax,
To smile,
To enjoy.
Everything is all right.
Even if you think about it,
Right in this moment,
You don't need anything.
You have everything you need.
In this very moment,
You are complete,
And since you don't need anything,
You can just relax and experience the powerful blessing of the now and of the most precious gift we have ever been given.
Nothing that you will achieve or have achieved will compare to the beauty of the life that you have right now.
Being conscious of your breath,
Of your existence,
Of yourself,
You cannot put a value to that,
And it's completely free.
Everything else is attainable,
Health,
Love,
Wealth.
There are endless possibilities for you to thrive,
And the only requirement is to be here,
To be alive,
And you are.
You have the most powerful and loving being rooting for you every single second.
God,
The universe,
Source energy,
So you don't need to fear anything.
If you go back to some of your previous experiences,
Even if they were very difficult,
You are still here.
Somehow you managed,
And that was because you are never alone.
We are all connected.
We are all part of a beautiful system,
Timeless,
Endless,
Full of love,
Almighty,
Created by the same being that loves you so much.
So next time you feel worried,
Stressed out,
Uncertain,
Sad,
Try to make a mental picture of this moment and how you feel so you can remember that you're never alone and that you already have the most important thing,
Life and the blessing of God.
Now with the power of your imagination,
Think about everyone here right now that is sharing this meditation.
Think about something nice to do for them.
It could be a hug,
It could be some words of encouragement,
A smile,
Or maybe you want to share something with them.
Maybe you want to share a lovely meal or hike together and watch a beautiful landscape.
It really doesn't matter what it is,
Whatever you prefer,
With whomever you would like to share this with,
Take some time to think about that experience and how you feel connecting with all these people,
Your brothers and sisters,
How free you feel.
You don't need to pretend anything.
You can be yourself and you allow everyone else to be themselves too.
Feel how many smiles,
Shining eyes,
How much love you can feel in this moment from everyone.
And now,
Think if you have ever held back towards someone when you wanted to be kind and you regretted that later.
First of all,
You are learning.
We are all learning every day.
So that was a lesson and that's all.
You don't need to punish yourself for that.
And on the flip side,
The fact that you held back and maybe regretted it can be the catalyst for you to be kinder to so many more people.
So be grateful for that and allow yourself to treat others with more love.
Try to imagine maybe a couple of days from now doing something nice for someone else.
Maybe you are sharing your food with someone that doesn't have or helping someone to navigate through your city.
Perhaps there is someone going out to the supermarket with a lot of bags and struggling to carry the weight and you offer your help to bring the bags to their car.
And this is not just about people.
Maybe you leave a little bit of food and water outside for dogs or cats or maybe a squirrel.
Who knows?
But you help them to live carefree,
To receive nourishment,
To hydrate.
And you are looking through your window very carefully without them noticing it and you see them feeding and drinking water.
How good does that feel?
It is so easy to be kind to other people and so rewarding.
That emotion that you feel is a confirmation that you are doing God's work.
It is also important to open ourselves to receive kindness from others too.
So I invite you for a moment to think about something that you would like to receive or experience.
We are always in the presence of God but in this moment I invite you to be more aware of it and feel free to ask for anything that you want,
Trusting that you are being heard because you are.
I know you are being heard.
You are receiving everything that you need to thrive,
To be happy,
Healthy,
Prosperous and to have meaningful experiences with everyone else,
To connect with people.
And now we are going to energize our heart chakra.
So put your hands on your chest next to your heart.
And from the bottom of your soul say thank you for all these gifts,
For all the people that are part of your life,
For every quote-unquote stranger that you will meet and help or receive help from.
Feel all the love for them,
For you,
For everyone on this planet,
For all creation and for God now in your chest.
This soothing warmth that goes through your hands to your body,
Thank you.
Now we are going to breathe slowly and deeply once more and you can open your eyes now.
