Enhancing the Manifestation Process | Part 1

In this excerpt from a live session, I explain the three variables involved in the creation of every wish, and how you can achieve the most satisfying results, by knowing where to put your energy and where not to. I share two personal anecdotes where I learned and reaffirmed this teaching. Part 2 features a guided meditation.

Today I want to talk about how to manifest a wish very easily. I want to illustrate the point I'm going to make, Because to be honest that's the way I teach. I teach by experience. So the first anecdote I want to share is when I was very young, In the 90s, And this is when I was finishing high school, And I learned that there was this amazing college that I never heard of, But I got obsessed with the fact that I wanted to study in that college. When my dad asked me, So where are you going to study? And I said, Well I want to go to this college, And he said, There's no way. And honestly it was the most expensive, So I really don't blame him for that. But I would say that thanks to my naivety, Because at that point I did not know anything about the law of attraction. I know that some people had been talking about it, Like Esther Hicks, And previously Neville Goddard, But to most of us that was a really unknown subject matter. But I was so sure of what I wanted, And so naive and so immature, That although I usually obeyed my dad, He was very important to me, I was just oblivious to the fact that if I did not pick a school that I could afford, Or he could afford, I will not be able to study at least for six months, Right? So the fact that I was so sure that I only wanted to go there, Made me only take the exam for that university. One of my friends told me once I was admitted, You know what, One of my uncles is the head of scholarships, So maybe you can get one because you have good grades. And well, Long story short, I did get that scholarship, And then my dad was like, Okay, You can go there, Because it was 90% of scholarship. And well, After one year, I was not doing that great, And my scholarship was reduced a little bit, But then I changed my attitude, And actually turned out graduating with good grades. But that's one anecdote that I wanted to share. And the other one, And don't worry, I'm getting to the point, But I just want you to know how I learned about this. Last year, I was saying earlier that I went to Europe. I was there for, In Europe for three months, Which is the amount of time I'm able to roam through the Schengen territory due to my nationality. And after some weeks of being there, And pretty much not meeting new people, I was a little bit pressured, Because I knew I needed to leave. So we will sometimes feel that way. We will forget about the loss of the universe, Because we are so interested in bringing a result and making something happen, That we just try to do everything by our own hands. And that's what I was doing. I was using several apps, Contacting people, Sending emails, And I just received a reminder from God, The universe, I'm not sure how you call this, Creative energy. I received a reminder. It was something like, Why are you trying to make this happen by yourself? I want you to remember that you're not alone. I want you to leverage the power that I have for you. And then it hit me. I was like, Yeah, That's right. And I felt a little bit embarrassed, Because I mean, I teach about this, But it's very common. I have even heard Esther Hicks saying that sometimes she needs some help to raise her vibration, Because she forgets us, Every single human being. We get so, I would say, Entangled in the day-to-day things that arise, And we forget the power that we have, Right? Okay. After listening to that reminder, I was like, You know what? I'm going to treat myself. I believe it was a Sunday, And I said, For the next few days, I'm going to do whatever I want. I'm going to forget about this thing of trying to meet new people. I'm just going to focus on having a good time. So I ordered, You know, Takeout, And I watched all the shows that I wanted to watch, And I did whatever I wanted to do. And I had a couple of amazing days, Just by myself. Amazing, Truly. And I believe on the third day, People started to reach out to me. I made new friends, Like, Very, Very fast. And the rest of my trip was honestly so incredible. I went to different places. I traveled. I went to try new food, Took hundreds of pictures. So I had really, Really good memories and made really good friends. And all was because I remembered what I needed to do. Now I'm going to start to talk about exactly what I'm referring to. When it comes to manifesting a wish, There are three components. The first one is the what. The second one is the how. And the third one is the when. All right? What do you want? How you're going to get it? And when are you going to be able to have it or live it? And when you want to leverage the power of the universe, Law of attraction, Etc. The only thing you need to focus on is the what. The how and the when are not up to anyone. It's not our job. We only need to choose what we want. Now, I understand. I don't want to live my life on a couch, Watching TV, Waiting for my dreams to come to my house. No, That's not what I'm saying. I'm not saying we're not going to act. I'm not saying we're not going to do some things. What I am saying is that if we try to act prematurely, Most likely we're going to just be an obstacle in the arrival or the manifestation of our wishes. So let me give you an example. Going back to my trip to Europe anecdote. I was in several countries where people did not speak Spanish. Well, And I also speak English. Of course, We wouldn't be here if I didn't. But imagine that one of my new friends said, Hey, What if we meet for lunch at that restaurant? You know, Whatever restaurant that has local food so you can try new dishes. Amazing. OK, I'll see you at 7. Perfect. But the city is unknown or uncharted territory to me. So I could choose several approaches, But I'm just going to focus on two different, Very opposite approaches. The first one, I want to make this happen by my own resources, My own knowledge, My own merits. All right. So what's the plan? I'm going to start walking and reading the names of the streets if I can understand them. And eventually I may end up in that restaurant. I could try to communicate with the locals, Maybe by using hand gestures like, You know, Trying to tell them that I'm hungry or something. And maybe they will understand. But will they point me in the right direction? I don't know. So if I manage to make it to the restaurant on time, Will I still be hungry? Will I enjoy myself? Maybe, I don't know. What if it rained and I'm soaking wet or it was very hot and I'm, You know, Drenching my own sweat? I don't know. So what's the alternative? Well, I think that most of us have one of these, A cell phone, And you can maybe use Google Maps or Waze or another application. You just type the name of the restaurant and it will tell you, OK, Walk 100 steps, Turn right, Walk 30, Turn left. And it can even say, You know what? The best route should be straight. A car had a problem and it's blocking traffic. Your estimated arrival time with the main route will be three times longer than if you take this alternate route. And additionally, If you take this alternate route, You're going to bump into someone that is going to change your life. I don't know. I mean, The possibilities are endless. So what would you do? I guess that most of us will choose the GPS or the Google Maps or whatever, And that will be the most reasonable choice because we know that we don't have control over all the variables. So in that same sense, When we want to manifest something, Let's say you want a car, All right, But a car can mean so many things. It could be a Ferrari. It could be a 1940s Volkswagen. It could be a vehicle with 800 horsepower or with 100. It could be a brand new vehicle, An old one. I don't know. So that's the only thing you need to focus on, Defining exactly what you want. That's it. And I encourage you to take as much time as you want or need to think about that wish and also use your previous experiences. If I continue talking about cars, OK, I remember I had a car, But it was stick, You know, The ones that you need to use the clutch to switch gears and whatnot. But you live in a city where there's a lot of traffic, So that's very cumbersome. You'd rather go for an automatic car, Right? So you learn with the experiences that you have to be more specific about what you really want to have. Let's say that someone is looking for a mate, A love partner, A spouse. What type of person would you like to be in a relationship with? Someone that only wants to spend the weekends watching movies on Netflix? I mean, If that's your thing, That's great. But maybe you don't want that. Maybe you want someone that will encourage you to, You know, Go outside and take hikes and maybe go to the gym. Or maybe you want someone to travel with. You want to learn a language together. Or what if you want to learn to cook and you want someone to share that passion with you or you like photography? I mean, As you can see, The amount of variables that your wish might be, You can't just say, Can't have, Is huge. So the more time you spend realizing what you truly want, Then your wishes will be more satisfying because you're going to send a very clear signal to the universe of what you want. So like I was saying, Friends, Just focus on the what. I honestly, Well, I promise you, I mean, This is my experience, Of course. And by the way, If you want to use the law of attraction to heal, It can work for you. Don't get me wrong. But please do not neglect proper medical attention and treatment. This should be used in addition to. All right. Please, Please, Please, Please. Okay. So as you know, Based on the anecdotes that I shared with you, If you trust that the right time and the right way will be chosen for you, All the wishes that you manifest are going to be so much better than anything you could have planned. Trust me, It is. I really want to help you to really trust. So exactly 23 years ago, I was also here in Lima and I came here for five months. And in the end, I stayed for three years. And well, When I came here, I had like $600 in my pocket. And well, I have family here. It's not like I was going to pay rent or something, But I mean, $600 for five months, Even 23 years ago, That wasn't that much. So after a month, I had spent half of it and I realized I need a job. And what did I do? And that was again, When I didn't know anything about the law of attraction. So what did I do? I was sure that I needed a job, But I didn't do anything about it. I had the same attitude to when I chose my university. I just do the exam and I didn't care how the money was going to come to me or if my dad was going to pay it or whatever. So I just focus on what I wanted. And I'm not sure how much time passed after I said, Okay, I need a job. That I ran, Well, Not ran, I was not driving, But I bumped into my math teacher from college and you would say, Yeah, So what's so special about it? Well, That I was in Lima, Peru and my teacher, Well, I met my teacher in Mexico. So what are the odds of bumping into someone that you met 10 years prior? And that person saying, I need someone to help me out, I'm hiring. So why don't you go to my office at such and such time and day and whatever. So I got a job that was, This is the icing on the cake guys. The job was a block and a half away from my grandmother's house, Which is where I was living at that moment. A block and a half, I didn't need a car. I didn't need to get on a bus or pay a cab. It was walking distance and we had an hour to eat. So I ate in 15 minutes and took a 45 minute nap every single day. And I arrived on time from lunch to the office. Imagine that, A job that you did not need an interview. You were not competing with anyone because the person already knew you. At the time you needed it and so easy. Do you think, Do you honestly think that I could have done a better job of finding the ideal occupation, The ideal job for me now? And if I did, How much time and effort would I have needed to accomplish that goal? Well, I am not God. So I'm sure that it would have taken me a lot of effort. So if you manage to just focus on what you want, And this is very important, What you want, Not what you don't want. Don't say, Well, I want to find a partner, A faithful partner. Because when you say that you're focusing on people that cheat on you, No. Say, I want to find someone that it's crazy for me. The focus is so important to focus on what you do want in a positive way and not in the unpleasant things that you learn with your previous partners. OK, So that's it. If you want to manifest something really, Really easily, Fast, And that is going to blow you away because it will be so much more than you could imagine. Only focus on defining exactly what you want and forget about trying to make it happen and forget about when it needs to happen. Let God, Let the universe choose that for you among the countless or infinite possibilities. Let the universe choose for you and only focus on the positive side of what you want.
