Today I have a quick daily morning gratitude practice that you can do anywhere.
You don't need anything to do it with either.
In fact,
You can even stay in your bed.
Just sit up or lie down in a comfortable position.
And if you'd like,
Go ahead and close your eyes.
Now let's take a few deep breaths,
Filling our bellies up with air and letting it all out.
Ready?
In through your nose,
Out through your mouth.
Again,
In through your nose,
Let it out through your mouth.
Good job.
One more time.
In through your nose and out through your mouth.
That feels good,
Right?
You can repeat each phrase in your head or out loud after I say them.
This is your morning attitude of gratitude practice.
I am grateful that I am here on earth.
I am thankful I can feel the beating of my heart.
I am grateful that I am feeling strong and peaceful and alive.
I am so happy today is going to be a great day.
I am grateful for my bed.
I am grateful for my home.
I am grateful to my family.
I love them and they love me.
I am grateful to the sun for rising out of the sky and waking up the birds.
I am grateful to the bugs in the plants.

Today is going to be such a great day.
I am grateful for all that I have.
I am grateful for who I am.
No matter what happens today,
I know I can just close my eyes and take a few deep breaths and feel like this,
Grateful,
Peaceful,
And calm again.
Today I choose to have an attitude of gratitude.
Now let's take a big smile.
That's it and a big deep breath.
Let it all out.
