In this exercise, you will learn how to widen your inner being of stillness. Your inner being is not limited to the body; in fact, your body exists in its wide field. We will use your ambient sounds as a means to widen and expand your inner being. The wider you become, the more stillness will deepen. Practice it for a week before you do the third practice. The wideness you touched here is one doorway.
