In this exercise, we will build on the inner stillness and wideness and enter deep silence. Your mind can arrive at deep silence when you focus on the silence behind all the sounds that are far and wide. There is a ground of silence behind all the sounds, and by immersing in it, with deep stillness and wideness, you can experience growing peace within you. Silence and peace come and settle naturally when you practice this regularly. Silence reveals the soul’s presence. In the Anahata 8-week journey, Silence is part of a larger unfolding — moving into the inner flame and oneness, supported by live online sessions every alternate Friday to deepen and integrate your practice.
