
Anahata Introduction
Anahata is a mind training program based on Sri Aurobindo’s Integral Yoga, which expounds on the importance of inner silence and peace as the foundation for developing yogic consciousness. For those who do not know what yogic consciousness is, for the sake of simplicity, you may consider it as a higher range of consciousness that is beyond our rational intelligence. This introduction is just a glimpse. The full Anahata 8-week journey unfolds through seven transformative themes — Stillness, Wideness, Silence, Inner Flame, Ascent, Descent, and Oneness — along with live online sessions every alternate Friday, where we deepen the practices together as a sangha.
