This meditation was written to reinforce the positive affirmations used in my song I Fall Asleep Easily (also on Insight Timer). They help with overcoming any sleep issues you may be experiencing and create a new sleep attitude where you easily fall asleep, stay asleep and get a good night’s rest. Simply repeat the affirmations after me, feel the empowering emotions and write down any of the affirmations that resonate with you. Listen to this regularly for long-term results. Sleep well!

Hi,

My name is Jay and thank you for joining me.

This affirmation meditation was written to assist you with overcoming any sleep issues you may be experiencing and create a new sleep attitude where you easily fall asleep,

Stay asleep and get a good night's rest.

This was created as a supplement to my song,

I fall asleep easily.

Easily repeat the affirmations either in your mind or aloud.

It can be used anytime,

Playing in the background,

While you are meditating or sleeping.

The subconscious will still hear it.

You may find a couple of the affirmations resonate with you.

I encourage you to write them down and repeat them often.

Listen to this regularly if you want to make lasting long term changes to your current sleep habits.

Let's begin.

Every night I fall asleep easily.

It is time to relax and let go of the day.

I put my cell phone away and anticipate a wonderful night's rest.

I will take care of tomorrow,

Tomorrow,

All is well.

Regardless of what happened today,

My mind and body are ready to rest.

With a deep inhale,

I exhale,

Releasing my concerns.

I fall asleep easily.

I sink into comfort and I close my tired eyes.

I shut my mind down by focusing on my breathing.

I take in a deep breath and inhale love and peace.

I exhale stress and pain,

Ceasing negative thoughts.

I fall asleep easily.

I am thankful to feel safe in my bed.

Before I fall asleep,

I think of things I am grateful for.

With deep breaths and my eyes closed,

I easily drift into sleep.

If I wake during the night,

I easily fall back to sleep.

I sleep well through the night.

I wake up at the right time,

Feeling well rested and thankful.

I get the perfect amount of sleep to nourish my body.

I wake to the sunlight,

Feeling ready for a great day.

Great things come after a good night's rest.

I wake up each morning feeling recharged in my mind and body.
