Hello,
Dear soul.
Thank you for joining me.
I created this affirmation meditation for myself and any of you that question your self-worth.
Some of you may do it often while others maybe just do it occasionally.
Regardless,
This meditation is here for you whenever you need it.
I am here to remind you that you are worthy.
You were granted worthiness the day you were born.
No one can take it away from you.
You are worthy of a beautiful life.
You are worthy of a life full of happiness,
Peace,
And prosperity.
If you are judging yourself for past mistakes,
Let it go.
Realize that if you weren't judging yourself,
That would mean that you didn't learn the lesson and that you would show up the same way you did before.
But because you are judging yourself,
That shows that you've learned and you will show up differently next time.
Be proud of yourself for that.
Regardless of your past mistakes,
You are worthy.
Embrace and accept every part of who you are.
If you find this to be challenging,
Just take it one step at a time.
When the judgment creeps in,
Notice it,
Acknowledge it,
And wrap it with loving light.
Wrap the thought with loving light and watch it shift to a thought of forgiveness and compassion.
Offer yourself grace and forgiveness as you would toward a child who is learning and doing the best they can with what they know.
It's no different than you.
Our mistakes contribute to who we are.
Embrace them.
Don't judge them.
I'm going to begin the I am statements now.
Feel free to close your eyes and just take them in.
I will leave a space if you would like to repeat them after me in your mind or aloud.
Or for an even more profound experience,
You can repeat them aloud while looking at yourself in a mirror.
Do your best to feel each of the statements.
Notice any feelings that come up as you say them,
But get in touch with how they make you feel.
I am worthy.
I am worthy precisely as I am.
I am worthy of an exceptional life full of joy and happiness.
I am worthy and let love mend the wounds that made me forget my true worth.
I am worthy of having loyal,
Supportive,
And loving friends.
I am worthy and feel proud of my accomplishments.
I love and respect my body.
I am worthy of a beautiful,
Loving relationship.
I am proud to be me.
I am worthy and strong and well supported.
I am worthy and validation from others is never needed.
I am brave.
I am worthy and I feel comfortable in my own skin.
I allow myself to live a peaceful life.
I am worthy and forgive my past mistakes.
I create healthy boundaries.
I am worthy and always open to learning and expansion.
My past mistakes mean nothing.
I still am and always have been worthy and valuable.
I allow myself to experience pleasure and enjoyment.
I am worthy of a great life and will not settle for less.
I give.
