Hello,

My name is Jay.

I hope you find this affirmation meditation for being a calm and confident driver beneficial.

Simply repeat the phrase either in your mind or aloud with your eyes open or closed,

Whatever is most comfortable for you at this time.

And be proud of yourself for taking action towards becoming a calm and confident driver.

I feel calm and confident of my actions behind the wheel.

I relax and go with the flow of traffic.

Everyone around me is a good driver.

It doesn't matter what happens on the road,

What's most important is arriving safely.

I remain calm in every situation.

I give way to other drivers and show forgiveness for their careless actions.

I am focused and don't use my cell phone while driving.

Driving is fun and enjoyable.

I am free from anger and anxiety while driving.

I enjoy being in control of my vehicle.

I am an alert driver and I can handle all situations that come my way.

If someone cuts me off I remain calm because I am in control of my emotions.

I am a safe and careful driver.

With every red light I take it as an opportunity to take deep breaths.

Even if I take a wrong turn I remain patient and forgive myself.

I notice beautiful things and appreciate the scenery around me.

If I come to a traffic jam I take it as an opportunity to think of things to be grateful for.

Bad drivers no longer concern me because I can calmly handle all situations.

If I begin to feel stressed I take deep breaths and release them slowly.

I am a good driver.

Every time I drive I arrive at my destination safely.

Try to have compassion for drivers that may be speeding or acting reckless as we don't know what they are facing in their lives.

Perhaps they are having a family emergency or need to use the restroom.

Thank you for joining me.

Take care of yourself and enjoy the ride.
