Hello.

The purpose of this meditation is to help you get over writer's block.

We all get stuck in our projects from time to time.

This meditation is designed to aid you in getting unstuck so you can powerfully complete your project.

Start by getting comfortable.

Close your eyes and allow yourself to forget about your project for a few minutes.

Give yourself permission to just be here right now.

Okay.

Repeat after me.

I got this.

Failing is not the opposite of success.

Failing is the path to success.

I am not stuck.

I just saw this idea all the way through and I'm not 100% satisfied with where it ended up.

This is a great opportunity to take a step back and course correct.

Thank you for leading me down this path.

I am excited to learn and grow simply from making it here.

Every obstacle is access to a breakthrough.

These breakthroughs fuel my infinite creativity.

I got this.

Failing is the path to success.

Thank you for leading me down this path.

Alright now I want you to open your heart to the universe.

Let it be your muse.

It will provide everything you need to have this breakthrough with freedom and ease.

The universe wants you to win.

It's dying to give you all of the answers.

Thank the universe for its generosity.

Knowing that the universe is listening keenly,

Say out loud what success looks like with this project.

What are the results you'd need to generate to be able to call this project a win?

With those specific outcomes in mind,

Think about what works in your project the way it is in order to get you there.

The parts actually light you up and give you optimism.

Next think about what doesn't work.

The parts that rub you the wrong way or maybe bore you but you're sure they're not going to get you to the result that you set a second ago.

Now with your eyes closed I want you to trace your steps backwards.

Everything you did to get to where you are.

Try to find that fork in the road that led you to the dead end that you are now at.

Be creative in your search.

You'll discover access to the countless choices that you've made thus far.

Each choice is an effective shot.

Thank each choice,

Even the ones that did not pan out well.

All of them are necessary for you to complete this project powerfully.

Be present to how many ideas you have and how many choices you possibly can make.

Now head back to your art and know that all the answers are coming.

Be proud of your art,

Even as it goes through this puberty phase.

Much love and have a great session.
